Its about the European Union (EU) which is an alliance (I think thats the right word) between a lot of European countries. I might take my shirt on at those temps (64F is apparently 17,7 C which is more or less what im under right now), but definitely no Jacket. Theres one region in the country thats having some trouble, but where i live, theres like no issues at all, just keep 1-2 meters away and youre fine. THats what the rule is i think, but if i just take a walk outside, its braindead easy to just stay away from people Might also be why i havent seen Masks be used here, because the People density is low enough to not need them.
