Here's the problem with taxing the wealthy, they will hire tax attorneys and find legal ways to avoid paying tax. For instance, they'll donate millions of dollars to various charities and have very low taxable income. Bernie hasn't offered any solution to necessarily fixing the tax code or limiting itemized deductions. His message is basically "Fuck it, let's just increase the highest tax bracket to a ridiculously high amount." The insanely wealthy people will be more inclined to find legal ways to pay less. Most small businesses will have to make up the increased wages by increasing there revenue and cutting workers hours so they don't get full time benefits. Basically, $15.00 is still not a living wage nor should minimum wage ever be. College and Healthcare funded by the US Govenment is a massive expense and the top 1% won't be able to pay for it alone.
