It depends. For me, Late 20s, live with parents, no job, no car can be overlooked but only if she has the right attitude. You'll need keen judgement to tell, but it should be pretty easy.

Does she come off as a get'em done type that's actively looking for a job and doing everything possible to save every dollar she can to get her life in order and move out? Is she absolutely willing to do her half in a long term relationship? If so, and she's a genuinely good person I would absolutely stay with them. Current finances/bad situations are irrelevant when you have someone that will be there for you no matter what.

On the flip side, if she has a lazy/negative outlook, uses the word as you quoted "eventually" just to give you false hope, and would likely drop you when a richer/better man comes along....wants the man to do everything while she sits on her ass...yeah, drop her obv. If you want to get sex in the mean time that's your prerogative but don't ever expect anything long-term or meaningful from a person like this.

yeah her attitude is really good. She saves money is very mature in just about everything else and was there for me so many low points of my life already so I know she is potential wife material

which is why these things recently kinda irked me a little like her whole family are car enthusiasts with like 2-3 cars.

Buying the sports car, flexing on the family with it, getting it customized with spoiler to look like it was in a Fast and Furious movie, plays electric guitar, has aspirations of his "band" taking off\, wearing clothes that cost more than anyone elses rent, acting shocked to the point of being mean when others don't understand something like NASA launch flight patterns or some car transmission from 1997. Always acts smart, tough, works out and always points that others should too.. I can go on and on..

Seriously I can't handle this dude and the thing is I don't know if I can bear to be around her family for the rest of my life if he is gonna be there. I didn't get out of highschool to then marry into a family with some jockbro Chad for the rest of my life.

Seriously its like 0 to 90000 in like 1 second with her and it lasts about 1 week. She takes meds and they don't help and she has the craziest mood swings like bipolar every 5 minutes its either sad happy emotional her or angry psycho depressed her and fuck me she argues with me like not saying hello when I cross the room was the meanest thing since Hitler like I don't even know what to do boys.

If I avoid her intentionally staying out longer she cries later and says how horrible I am for leaving her, not caring for her etc.
If I actually try to get into something like a job/ family thing on these days to avoid her for better excuse she still freaks out that I should be with her in her time of need.
If I give her too much attention or time she then gets grumpy and spiteful and becomes sarcastic like VERY Annoyed at me.
If I just give her a little attention she then whines and cries arguing with me how she needs more

Holy shit CE but after this week is over its like heaven with her everything is SOOOOOO good.

Ok so I sent a message like a normal paragraph. After receiving the ghost message this topic was about.

Then she responded like 2 hours later before going to sleep, like 3 long separate messages. About herself, what she is doing and saying goodnight.

So I do the same back and she hearts it and then writes another paragraph and uses like smiley face at the end and its about something she is doing later this week.

Now I replied to that one with a regular paragraph and she took a few hours to reply and it just a 2 word reply with an emoji.

Is this the nice way of saying don't bother me now?

She literally said "Oh nice :)" and thats it so wtf how do I even continue the conversation and should I even try? I dunno I really don't wanna push it if she isn't into me. I remember that getting any text with 1-3 words is like the girl is not interested and kind way of saying leave me alone.
