I once worked the day shift at Wendy's where all my close friends were working with me. It was easily the most fun I've ever had at a job.

It's pretty damn hard to hang someone without them putting up a fight. Signs of a struggle will be evident.. Epithelials should be recoverable from underneath the deceased's nails. The ligature marks will even show if he was dragged with the rope around his neck or anything other than the simple downward force of a standard suicide.

If there wasn't a struggle the dude would have had to be drugged or have the shit kicked out of him. So toxicology would determine whether or not the former occured. While the latter can even be easily proven by a simple examination.

Though honestly I have similar problems. I pretty much eat potatoes and chicken everyday. Largely because I'm a picky eater and hate putting effort into cooking everyday.

Just stay consistent with a diet and exercise program that you can maintain. I've been doing DDP Yoga myself because it's actually sorta fun and pretty dynamic.

Monitor your body fat percentage because your body just might distribute a little extra fat to your tummy. You don't wanna drop your body fat percentage too low because it will start fucking with your hormones.

And a little tummy can be sekzee anyways. Stop calling it a gut like it's a bad thing.

Since I doubt you have cholesterol issues I would suggest eggs and different forms of meat.

Complex carbs are still your friend, just have a decent amount for breakfast to provide fuel for the day.

I was really young and waking up from a dream where my whole family was being attacked by a horde of monsters erupting from a mall that began once I put a quarter into an arcade machine and a hand reached out to grab me. I actually remember the whole dream which is crazy since it was about 24 years ago.

But I woke up and couldn't move for a solid minute while my mom was watching The Love Boat in the other room.

More in line with what you're mentioning, I recall waking up after a couple minutes of sleep and being paralyzed with a dark creature with branching arms spread across my room. Sorta spider like but with limbs more resembling human arms.

Honestly I had a cheap epiphone electric guitar brand new and the action was god awful and made it really hard to learn. But if you actually go to the store and tell the salesman you're a beginner who wants something that'll be easier to learn on I'm sure they'll find you an electric that's easier to play on and isn't extremely expensive.

My 100 dollar classical turd was comparatively easier to play, but wasn't meant for the rockin' I was trying to do as a lad. Though nowadays all I play is my nylon string.

A standard acoustic may also have action problems if it's low end.
