The timing is suspect. Before you bring up Kavanaugh, her accuser spoke BEFORE he was confirmed. She even confronted him during the confirmation hearing, even though she knew her life would never be the same. The Biden accuser had at least 5 inflexion points to speak up and didn't (see above), which suggests she is doing it more to affect the DNC or favor the GOP

i'm a watch enthusiast, i've been posting about watches all day on this and other style websites, watch websites etc. no one else bats an eye on the other forums, it's only this one that people get salty...

i don't think it's so much i'm bragging, but rather your own insecurity

and why is it such a scandal? Your security detail is supposed to not have any bearing on the decisions you take. They're meant to be like your shadow. If your security detail is vegan, do you have to eat only vegan food to appease to them? If you want to go to a strip club, you can't because they don't like strip clubs? Can you go have a beer, or 10 at a bar or maybe you can't if your security detail don't believe in drinking alcohol?

This is a non story. The weirdo wanted to skinny dip and some members of his security detail were present. So what?

I am not saying that it's impossible for him to lose. I am saying there's a 90% chance he won't, and I want to see what you guys think about my points above.

You can see the joy in a dog's face when he plays with his owner, they ask for cuddles and they ask for love (and give it too). If you spend enough time with a dog you will notice when their facial expression looks like the equivalent to a smile. Their emotional range is much closer to a human's. Cats are, like you said, more animalistic.

I'm not a pet person, so I wouldn't really know too much about any of the mammals that humans keep as pets, but it seems that a lot of people have disdain for cats. From an outsider's perspective, I like cats better than dogs though because they're not as annoying in my opinion. I like that cats generally keep to themselves. I don't like dogs barking.

while I shared my disdain for seikos (basically the toyota of watches), grand seikos mistify me.

The were created to compete with the Swiss luxury makers (so, like toyota's lexus!), because no matter how good a seiko is, it is still a seiko. THey built them to the greatest standards. But then they named them seikos anyway. Oh, they're virtually unknown in the US (as a matter of fact, I am surprised you guys know about them).

Some G shock casios are pretty cool. If you want a smart watch some apple watches are not that expensive and they're really cool. If you want something more premium you can save for a bit and go for a tag.

I am almost done with DOOM Eternal and I got Zelda BOTW in the pipeline after it. I'm looking for games that provide a long play time with a sense of progression (a description that fits both games) and that are not based around online play or quick reflexes, like say, mortal kombat (which I looooove, but I have been playing too much of those kind of games as of late and I need a change).

noon-lunch! order takeout and start an episode of a tv show while i eat
12:30-finish the ep i was watching...may watch another
2pm-teleconference staff meeting where i tell everyone i'm making "amazing progress" on my projects lol
3pm-an hour of online lectures
4pm-finish up the day by squeezing in one last episode of tv, i worked hard and earned it
5pm-quitting time!
