I really can't bear to add in new series until I work through those series, lol. Mostly because a new series may inevitably get watched immediately further delaying things (i.e. Goblin Slayer). Most of that list was picked up during my anime binge of 2006-2007 and the rest was in the past year or two. Azumanga and SAC were definitely 2007, I remember when I got them. Pretty sure they're both in .rm format, lol... may need to reacquire in better quality. And Gungrave, pretty sure I got that at the same time as Trigun. One got watched, one's been in storage ever since.

Juuni Kokki, I remember was another recommendation from Board 8 from the mid-2000s... I don't remember who recommended it around here, but since the Monster reco came through like gangbusters I picked it up too. Unsatisfying conclusion is a shame but hey, it's all about the journey sometimes!

Since you've also come through incredibly with LotGH I am adding in Juuni Kokki after Mob Psycho 100... and will look into SAC.

Alright, here's my anime queue which again, is more aggressively optimistic on getting around to (only watched Haruhi this year despite it winning 2 years ago, LotGH jumped the queue to be watched as the contest was ongoing...)

Good on Mob, that deep of a run was pretty unexpected (whether it was really "dragged" or not, heard enough good things about it and it did finish 9th last year!) Don't think LotGH would've done much better. Actually I expected more "casual" saving due to Death Note in the title but doesn't look like that materialized...

I don't know, 12 pm EST would be 10 am MST, might be too early a start. I would take that as being 12, 4 and 8 in their respective time zones.

Oh yeah, I did save her... and I'm not sure why her over Serah either, I must have already consigned Serah to an inevitable hard boot in my mind, lol.

(only reason I tried saving her today is I expected a result, but missed a save during the rush...)

Yeah that was a joke, but for real, after 110 episodes of subs requiring constant focus I'm just looking forward to more... multitasking-ish ability that a dub provides.

In any case, both seasons of Mob + OVA dub are now acquired... maybe will be watched before next year's contest (wouldn't hold my breath on that).

So Bane... we're gonna team up on Attack on Titan next year, right??

Also is the Mob Psycho dub sufficiently good? (I have too much subbed anime in the queue, I really need to diversify...)

Legend of the Galactic Heroes is on HiDive. They have a 30 day free trial offer apparently so worth a viewing. It might start a little slow but it pays off so well.

Well, it was a great run. One more step would've been even greater. Thanks to the Legend savers, we'll probably never get this far again, we needed everything to go perfectly up to this point. One save is agony.

Really needed Logicblade today, right after I upgraded him to Muller... needed the Muller-esque save!

Thanks to Yankees, who'll always hold Mumei-esque esteem in my eyes as I wouldn't have watched Legend without him, just like Mumei with Monster (hopefully Yankees takes that as a compliment).

Now hopefully we get Mob curbstomped into fucking oblivion. Though in respect for it making the finals I am going to acquire it and add it to the anime queue!
