Id rather buy new charactera in a fighting game than the days of old. Sf 2 super sf 2. Super SF 2 turbo etc. Yeah capcom technically still does that but you could keep the base game and just purchase the characters as they come out then eventually you get a patch that changes your base copy to thr latest version.

I have base SF V but when i boot it up it says championship edition.

capcom gives championship edition for free which arv likes and you dont have to buy the DLC characters you can earn them with BP which takes forever but atleast you dont have to buy them if other companies did that where you can unlock them by playing their game arv wouldnt care but if arv has to keep shoveling out 10 dollars for every character it gets hefty

well its mostly been that way more in the ps3 xbox 360 era most of the time back then they were expansion packs and it was mostly for MMO's totally different arv didn't have to buy all these weapons via DLC in FF7 on the psx. so arv understands games werent 100% free from added content back then especially on pc had added content but you can't lie that it isnt any different than what it was before

I mean, DLC has been around for a long time now. It was just called something else. Like an expansion pack. Many PC games had them. Like WoW and The Sims. Expansion packs were just the old versions of DLC. As for added stories for games, its fine because Id rather have DLC instead of a shitty sequel that they made because they had one good story they wanted to put in, but had to make a whole new game around it instead of a small story. Or one of those shitty $5 games that took like half an hour to complete...

I watched him say it live. There was zero sarcasm in his voice, eyes or body language. You could tell he genuinely believed what he was saying. I was flabbergasted. Now sure, there may be times where I'd bid $10 as my max and it's currently at $4 and then someone else had $10.50. I wouldn't have time to up it to $11. Who's to say their bid wasn't $20, but there's no way to know. As long as you know you're true max bid, then it'll work out most times.

Even then, the times I've "eSniped" my way into something by holding my bid to the last second are countless.
