the clip isn't doctored at all but it is purposefully cut there to not showcase how absolutely nothing he does changes and he continues talking about the same thing, in the same kind of language, without any shift in tone. it's purposefully done to drive an entirely different narrative.

basically corrik and redsox are right that it's purposefully making outrage out of you. i can get how you'd interpret it the wrong way but that's because what's being presented to you is wrong and the idea is explicitly being put in your head. they ain't gaslighting you as much as trying to tell you that you're being trolled.

If they can no longer tape shows, they'll change up the show so that someone like Cole or Corey just presents a bunch of matches from the past several years from RAW, SD!, NXT and PPVs while constantly acknowledging that WWE cannot showcase new content while this outbreak is too high risk to tape matches. My point is that society has never really valued human life over freedom until this month. The shelter in place net negative deaths only show you how we risk death literally every time we step outside. Society isn't designed to optimize risk reduction like that, otherwise we'd never let anyone leave the house or drive a car.
