This central bank induced stock bubble has been invincible for 11 years. Its hard to believe this is it. A virus is the one thing central bankers cant kick the can down the road on by pressing Ctrl P.

There have been so many market distortions over the last decade. So much excess capital in the stock market, risky government loans, sketchy tech startups, the list goes on. And its all enabled by artificially cheap interest rates brought about by the Fed, ECB, BOJ, etc. if this really is the start of the inevitable unwind, its going to get much uglier than this.

Is this based on the sentiment of the Chinese people you've asked? Or is this just a "feeling" you have?

it based on my experience with people who grew up in Asia rather than around leftists in the US. for example, my wife is Japanese and she doesnt give a shit if white people dress up like geishas during Halloween.

The US was originally supposed to have a very weak federal government, making it easy to vote with your feet. Over multiple generations, we somehow decided bit by bit that this bloated monstrosity of a federal government that controls a massive amount of the economy and has bases all over the world is constitutional.

Logistically it would be hard to break up because of debt and unfunded liabilities. If there is a hard economic reset such as a federal budget or dollar implosion it may become more feasible because states would have nothing to lose.

I think the above mentioned fiscal or dollar implosion is inevitable because the path of least resistance for politicians is deficit financing. I dont know what level of debt to GDP is too high, but its a safe bet that well get to that level regardless of what it is thanks to our governments political incentives. If your central bank makes debt cheap and you are an old politician looking to be re-elected in 1-4 years, why would you cut deficits when you can buy votes?

honestly if you are extremely poor you should be more responsible and realize you shouldn't be having kids. It's different if you were well off and tragedy struck, but if you had nothing, had a kid or a few, and now you have less than nothing, it is entirely your fault for putting the kid through that

the government pays poor women to have kids. you get what you pay for.

https://www.wjhl.com/news/local/woman-reportedly-writes-white-pride-on-sidewalk-outside-of-gray-gym-arrested-for-vandalism/

GRAY, Tenn. (WJHL) A woman was arrested Tuesday night after DC Fitness in Gray was vandalized this week.
According to Johnson City Police, Mahagany Teague, 41, was arrested Tuesday night after an investigation indicated that she used a rock to carve the words white pride into the concrete outside the gymnasium.

Derrick Carson, an African American, is the owner of the gymnasium and spoke with News Channel 11s Jeff Keeling shortly after the vandalism took place early Monday morning.

The first order of business to the day is to see white power all over my sidewalk, Carson said. Normally I get upset, angry at things like that, brush it off but the sweat, the tears and the time that Ive put into this place for the communityits been tough.
Carson said that it has taken many hours of building specific diet plans and workout routines with a slew of members at his gym, just to be broken down by a vandal.

To put this type of effort in, and then to show up one day out of many, to show up any day to this is disheartening, this time it kind of hit me in an emotional spot, it kind of got to my heart and I had to close myself up in the office for a minute, he added.
Carson told News Channel 11 that he had security footage of Teague committing the vandalism.

Officials say Teague was charged with vandalism under $1,000. She is being held in the Washington County Detention Center, where she is being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond.

Teagues arraignment is set for Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in Washington County Sessions Court.

What do you mean? Like buy stocks? The Federal Reserve would be tasked with that when/if it happens. The value of stocks measured in dollars would rise dramatically, while the value of the dollar would fall hard.

The idea has been floated around before. The current bull market is 11 years old and the an entire generation of money managers have become addicted to central bank intervention to keep it going. A lot of people think a bear market is unacceptable and that the Feds job is to support the stock market.

If the market keeps crashing, its less likely that he will win. This could snowball because a likely Sanders presidency will send the market down, which will make it harder for Trump to win, which will send the market down more, and so on.
