Havent gotten a haircut or shaved since it started. My hair is always pretty short, so this is a different look for me. Other than a chin beard back in college, this is the first time Ive grown out facial hair. And I guess I should add that while Ive let most of it grow completely out, I have shaved a little at the top of my cheeks, everything below the Adams apple, just to give it some definition. I also trim the mustache part from coming below my lips.

The longer hair doesnt bother me for the most part, with the except of around the ears. As for the facial hair, the mustache part bothers me a little bit, when it gets long enough to start touching my lips. Otherwise, I dont even really notice it much.

Just looking for some thoughts and discussion.

I beat DQ1 long ago, and also beat DQ9 when it first came out. I recently bought 1-3 on the Switch. Beat each of them. I started 4 yesterday, and I suddenly think Im going though all of them in order.

Id previously played 4 & 5, but never beat them. Same with 7... that one really tested my patience. Dumped a ton of hours into it, but I dont think I was even very far yet.

I dont remember much about 9 at all, so I cant comment on it (I only remember thinking it was fun). DQ1 is fine, for all of the flaws that come with being the first game. I liked 2 a decent amount, and actually had a lot of fun with 3.

Curious what others have to say about the series.

We basically have two major corporations running the country at all times. We live in a country where you need to be red or blue, with very little variations. There are thousands of varied opinions that could be applied to national and world politics, but instead, it all comes down to two wrapped bundles:

More taxes, better social benefits, pro choice, anti death penalty, etc.

Lower taxes, less social benefits and more self reliance, pro life, pro death penalty, etc.

One of those two. Pick your combo platter.

I always wear a mask indoors in public. When Im outside, it depends. If Im going to a place where I could come across people without a means to avoid them, then yes. But if Im just taking a walk outside (suburbs), its super easy to always be at least 50 feet away from everyone, so no.

Microsoft is the only company I really associate with a color (green), and theyve leaned pretty heavily into that.

I dont really associate Sony with any color.

Nintendo has the red Nintendo logo, but I honestly dont really associate them with red. Absolutely with the Switch, theyve leaned heavily into that. But prior to that, most of their systems are all over the place with what they use to represent themselves.
