Nope. Not unless a building owner asks him not to come back and he does so anyway. And even then I'm not sure it's trespassing unless they first file something with the local police department saying they asked him not to return to the premises. And EVEN THEN I'm not sure a manager can make such a request because typically they don't actually own the building (like a drug store in a strip mall is just renting space) so they actually have no control over the parking lot to begin with.

I don't think I understand the differentiation between Roku and Roku channel.
So it has no app within Roku?

The Roku Channel is a free channel on Roku that has ad supported TV shows and movies, usually taken from other channels. Sometimes stuff ends up free on there as promo material. Like HBO's Watchmen was on there for free one weekend.

And yes, there's no HBO Max or Peacock on any Roku or Amazon device. Part of the reason why is because Peacock didn't want to provide content to The Roku Channel on Roku devices.

Yeah. Did they even set one realistic goal or a road map for how theyd achieve it? I mean, how are they planning on increasing black home ownership? Did they even say? Because I lived around Asheville all my life. Its not like its West Coast prices out there. And they already have some kind of program called Mountain Home Projects or some shit that helps low income households. What are they going to do that theyre not doing already? For that matter, I dont remember a large group of black renters even in Asheville. Its not like Raleigh or Charlotte where entire sections of the town are just low income black housing. In fact, for some context, I was born in a small town called Canton about 10 minutes outside Asheville (moved to Cary when I was 4.) Apparently there were so few black people in the area that when our car passed by a black couple walking down the street I got super excited and started jumping up and down in the back seat yelling, Look mom, a black person! (I had quite the culture shock the following year when our poor family moved to apartments in Cary that were half black.)

So... I see this less as monumental and more a town padding itself on the back for making vague promises on a problem that isnt even a big issue for them.

My guess would be that they were all negative. The quarantine at the hotel failed for one or more people. A week later on the boat the infected started to get sick but had mild symptoms. That person(s) exposed a few more people. A week later those people got mild symptoms. A week after that it's a full on outbreak and people start thinking it's not just sea sickness.

It's either that or someone is lying. Like somehow, someone came aboard during those 35 days. Smugglers?

Its simple they tested negative but were tested before their exposure to corona would show. As test results take 7+ days in US. That gonna happen a whole lot. People thinking they negative when they relying on old test.

But they were tested, spent two weeks quarantined in a hotel, and then spent 35 days at sea.
