I get what Capcom was trying to do with releasing SFV in such a state, there was a SFV tournament coming in a month and they wanted to get it out for the pro players to practice. Capcom appeasing the pro players actually alienated the casual players so it's not that people cared about the Arcade mode, but the game was so barebones that any bread and butter modes in other fighting games was just a negative for it. --- DI MOLTO! Sam Sho, Soul Calibur 6, and Tekken 7 are some of my favorite games to play locally, but holy hell is it rough playing these games online sometimes. Unknown5uspect posted... It's always taken them a long time to "finish" their SF games in that context. I mean SF5 was released incredibly unfinished though. It didn't even have an arcade mode day 1 release. solosnake posted... Isnt Street Fighter 4 considered to be the better game? Competitively it's much more fun to play and watch because you can experiment so much in that game. SFV is solid, but at tournaments you see everyone play characters the same and doing the same optimal combo's because of how restrictive the game is.
