It does not save that much time. It certainly wouldn't streamline tax returns in the way a flat tax would. |

Any time someone uses a semicolon it always comes off as pretentious. But to me, even worse are the ones who say "whilst" where "while" would clearly suffice. I stop reading immediately after that. |
