You can see other buildings in the distance, and distinguish human shapes, but can't tell what clothes they are wearing, if any. But you can see clearly with binoculars/telescope. Can you be naked if the only way they can tell is with optical help?

(A person ~500 ft away fits about 1/4 inch between my index and thumb with my extended arm, and you can still tell.)
