depends what kind of management, theres a union for supervisors here but not direct management. They're technically not considered part of the labor force by federal law.

As for why unions aren't common for those people, because management tends to heavily discourage them, or they're so busy working they're not even thinking about it. Their workplace also might not be big enough to form one, as you need quite a few people to even set up.

in Korean dramas, there's this trope where there has to be like a year or so after something "big" happened where the main characters split up. It kinda bothers me because they spend like half the episode just getting to the happy ending and then nothing else. I prefer concrete endings with actual good stuff happening rather than just seeing it.

I've seen some great series where none of this happens but every time I see a time skip..I get bothered.

Universe 11 basically was just Jiren, Toppo, and Dyspo. Toppo went down pretty easily all things considered, hell in the manga he basically just fell off the stage unceremoniously compared to the anime turning him into a god of destruction
