When I worked in a mall food court, I hated doing samples because a lot of the times I'd see people taking way too many. I worked at the pizza place so our free samples were sometimes very thin slices of pizza, which means when the free samples are done, I have to make an entire pizza. I caught one guy just standing there and putting slices into his hand, and after the third one I had to pull the tray away as he's reaching for a fourth and tell him he can't have anymore. And when your not doing samples, you get kids walking over and saying "free sample" and nothing else. They're obviously not going to buy anything, they just want free food.

I don't mind giving people samples if they're standing there and don't know what they want. I'd gladly grab a sample cup and throw something in there (usually a side item) without them even asking, but I always hated people who came just for free food.

Kind of, the best example of a core gameplay loop is Monster Hunter. The loop is fight monster, use parts to make stronger weapons and armor, use better gear to fight bigger monster, repeat. Sure there's more small stuff to the gameplay, but that's the core loop. If you don't like that gameplay loop, then you won't like the game.

Currently at 48 reviews and 54%, tied with Phantom Menace as the worst Star Wars movie in the franchise, but I sespect it will go up slightly and sit at second worst. For context, the other 2 movies in the trilogy got a 91 and 92 percent.

My favorite timezone fuckery is the Diomede Islands islands. They are 2 islands only 3.8 km (2.4 miles) apart, but their time zones are 21 hours apart. These islands are often called tomorrow island and yesterday island.

While I won't get it anywhere near its release date, someday in my life I'll want to replay P5 (loved it, it's just really long) and the version I'll play would be Royal.

I like replaying RPGs after I forget most things about it. Last year I replayed Lost Odyssey, still a great game, and I've been considering playing Baten Kaitos 1 and 2 again. So maybe around 2025 I'll play P5 Royal.

Sony, my last TV was Samsung, the one before that was Vizio. Vizio often gets a bad rep (at least it did 10 years ago) but it was a great TV and still runs great to this day. So I don't have any experience with off brand unless you consider Vizio an off brand, but they've made a name for themselves as a budget but quality TV.

I bought an HDR 4k TV yesterday, haven't taken it out of the box yet (need furniture first) but a very large majority of TVs had HDR. I don't think I saw a 4k TV without HDR.

From what I read, HDR makes a huge difference.

I watched a few videos of gym personal trainers trying out Ring Fit Adventures. They were all impressed and said it's a good, effective workout that teaches you proper technique.

But like others have said, a good diet is the other half to lose weight.

I watched it, but from what I gathered (it wasn't exactly clear) everyone has to mark their channel/every video has either for kids or not for kids. If you mark your channel for kids, it's basically a death sentence because you lose a ton of features like comments, saving videos, info cards, end screens, notifications, and personalized ads (monetization is still possible, they can't collect data on kids, so ads will be more generic and will be worth less, so less money to the creator). If you don't set your channel for kids...I don't think anything changes, the video was 90% how it affects kids channels.

I had to do a little searching for channels like mine, which are for adults, but it's fine for kids too. From what I read, "for kids" is targeting specifically kids under 13, so my channel will not fall under that. I'm just worried because I don't want to lose my kid fans, so if I set my channel to adults, do kids no longer see my videos? That would suck, but I don't know the answer yet.

The only situation I can think of where it's better to be late is if you're late yourself or you don't like the person.

Otherwise, always early. I hate when people are not on time, and 30 minutes is very long. After 15 minutes I start wondering if they even remembered or something happened to them.

I failed day 1, but today a Youtuber I watch put out a video on the history of No Nut November. Wavywebsurf does "where are they now?" type videos on internet memes, going over who the person is, how they became a meme, their response to it, and what they do today. For example he's done the fedora guy, angry German kid, techno viking, Boxxy, and "fuck her right in the pussy" guy, or sometimes events such as The Fappening, Wendys chilli finger, and the Alabama Leprechaun. Highly recommended.

I do that when I make my own tacos (also wrap your hard shell with a soft one so when it doesn't matter when it breaks), but when I go to Taco Bell I don't ask for an empty tortilla, that seems weird.

So the link is saying that she wants to make the school week be 5 days a week, 8 am to 6 pm. The main reason is that it lines up better with parents work schedule.

Nope, hate it. I like going to school later, but staying until 6 pm? 5 days a week? No. That means basically no after school activities and no sports in the fall/winter because it'll be dark when you get out.
