Got a lot of respect for cops. only been pulled over twice, but I have frequent interactions with them due to my job and community outreach that I do.

Cops around here for the most part, are the good guys.. We've had a few bad apples, but those apples aren't on the force long after its known what they are.

Authorities say a Florida police officer has been suspended and is being investigated after arresting a 6-year-old and an 8-year-old for separate incidents at their schools.

CBS Orlando affiliate WKMG-TV reports that Officer Dennis Turner was suspended pending the outcome of an internal investigation by the Orlando Police Department. The arrests were on unrelated misdemeanor charges, authorities said.

The department's policy requires an officer to get the approval of a watch commander before arresting anyone under age 12.

WKMG says that didn't happen during last Thursday's arrests.

The 8-year-old was processed at the Juvenile Assessment Center before being released to a family member. The child's gender wasn't released, nor was the reason for the arrest.

The 6-year-old girl was returned to her school from the juvenile center and wasn't processed, after a transport officer found out approval wasn't obtained.

Her grandmother, Meralyn Kirkland, told WKMG she is outraged.

"No 6-year-old child should be able to tell somebody that they had handcuffs on them," Kirkland said.

She said her granddaughter is a first grader at Lucious and Emma Nixon Academy.

Kirkland received a call Thursday saying her granddaughter was arrested by the school's resource officer.

"I said, 'What do you mean, she was arrested?' They said there was an incident and she kicked somebody and she's being charged and she's on her way," Kirkland recalled.

Kirkland said her granddaughter was acting out in class, a side effect of a lack of sleep due to a medical condition.

"He says, 'What medical condition?' 'She has a sleep disorder, sleep apnea,' and he says, 'Well, I have sleep apnea, and I don't behave like that,"' Kirkland said.

Kirkland insists things should have never gone that far with her granddaughter.

the cross overs, you could pretty much watch without the entire seasons.. but The Flash basically has been leading up to the next massive crossover which is going across 5 different series.

I liked this past season Legends really got their own identity away from the others, and i like how they called out the yearly crossover as a crossover lol.

Freakin excited knowing that Tom Welling from Smallville has been confirmed to appear in Crisis on Infinite Earths!!

So that makes 3 Supermen will be in that huge event.

Also Erica Durance will return as Lois Lane. Though as others have mentioned elsewhere, I'm curious what Supergirl will say when she looks like her mom.

I don't get why some people have to be so effing upset when someone wants to do something for you. Whether it be praying, or giving a helping hand, this country is going to Hell. I'm not a "traveler" but I occasionally leave the state due to education purposes. Ex. Next month, a co-worker and I, are going to Indianapolis for 2 days, for the Annual AMTA Massage Convention. Neither of us have been to one, and we got the opportunity to go.

Recently within 2 weeks of each date, I was in Florida for a Conference for my job, then a week and half later I was back in Florida for Vacation. Flew the first time, and drove the second time.

I was in Fort Knox, KY. Week 8 of Basic Combat Training, Warrior FTX. Some of the squad members were acting up, pissing off the DS's. Out of nowhere DS Knapp comes out screaming that the WTC was hit and they were going after the Pentagon. Majority of us were like, nah, he's just pissed and using that as a way to get us motivated. We asked Pvt Simmons, who was at CQ, and he confirmed what DS Knapp said.

My reaction was, "well, looks like training is over boys, we're goin to war"

needless to say, training didn't get interrupted.

Went to Wal-Mart earlier today to look for a new vacuum, and left with a vacuum and a Game Fuel.
As I was approaching my car a Samoan lookin guy (i'm white btw) came up dangling what look like fake gold chains in my face askin if i want one. I said "no thanks, have a good day". Thought that was gonna end the convo. (i can't stand ANYBODY who goes around doing stuff like that in parking lots)

He keeps pushing however to get me to buy one, I said "No thanks, again, now please be on your way" Dude straight up as he was walking away said, "man no reason to be racist".. I just stood there dumbfounded as I was getting in my car, how that would be considered racist.

Due to the sensitive nature of my job, (massage) I cannot afford much less be showing any kind of prejudice against any person, or living organism.

Just really needed to get that off my chest. Some things I don't share to Facecrack.

As a non-hardcore gamer, I can see both sides. Many years ago, before the interwebs, players had no interaction with devs/publishers. We had no input, no way to voice concerns, issues with games. Granted maybe because back then we either never thought about that being possible, or just quit playing that game and moved on.

Many years later, we have interwebs, online games, platforms connected, and most game companies either release half made games with loads of purchasable DLC, or a game that is glitchy and full of bugs & unplayable to an extent.

Since publishers/devs give players access to communicate, most players want to try to control how the game is fixed, created etc. But if a game is on multiple platforms, ie: Diablo 3, you get devs who completely shit on console players and disregard anything they have to say.

It really is up to the devs to stay professional, and not make comments like in the Reddit post. When devs, constantly release buggy games, or charge for unnecessary shit, gamers are given a voice to put them on blast.
