First I have to clock in, then I have to get my work equipment from storage, and then make my way to my post. I'm not sure if clocking in early just rounds it up to 3PM, thus I don't get paid, or if it does pay, then I don't need people bitching at overtime. What's your take? |

But, your tip goes towards that $6.50; unless your tip is more than that amount, it doesn't impact how much the worker receives. In effect you're subsidizing what they were already going to pay their workers. Yeah that some BS. If you tip $7, $6.50 is used for the base pay, and .50 is basically your tip. |
