It's fine. It established the way time works in this universe and they've been consistent with that outside of the one actual instance of shit writing: cap being back at the end of endgame and them having to explain it outside of the movie.

I'd say Loki is another inconsistency. The past did get altered because of their actions in that scenario, and in a way that can't be undone. Sure, it'll just lead to a "branch" of the timeline, but as it was explained it shouldn't have been possible for that to happen.

China isn't paying the tariffs. American businesses are paying the tariffs and raising their prices to offset the cost, which makes things more expensive for us as consumers.

If that's true, and China is matching every one of our tariffs with tariffs of their own, which is also true, then isn't China suffering the same amount because of their retaliatory tariffs? Or is this one of those weird situations where when we add tariffs we pay, and when they add tariffs we also somehow pay?

You're hyper focusing on the choice of the word collusion, but the conclusion of the report (as stated by Mueller's full quotes from the report not Barr's summary) are functionally the same.

Being trans and gay have nothing to do with each other. I have a trans friend who still prefers women but always felt like she was a woman. And I have a gay friend who was going to dress as a woman for his wedding, but his husband got pissed and said I'm attracted to men, why would I want you to dress as a woman?

The TC literally pretended to be trans because he was uncomfortable addressing his gayness.

Neither have you, but that doesn't stop you and others from arguing that even though in MUELLER'S OWN WORDS there was no collusion, that somehow there must be collusion, and that smoking gun you were hoping for must be in his tax returns. That somehow these "blatant financial ties" paint some crystal clear picture that Mueller must have missed when he spend the last couple of years investigating all of this. Mueller must be pretty incompetent to come to the conclusion he did when you are so very confident in your own conclusion.

This is a weird defense. It's a very lazy dismissal of valid criticisms and potential issues.

Oh don't get me wrong, I'm sure there will be plenty of valid criticisms of his ability to run a business and how much he's really worth versus what he claims he's worth. HOWEVER, let's not pretend this sudden re-focus on taxes after nearly 2 years of almost no mention of them has nothing to do with the fact that the mueller report failed to drudge up sufficiently damning evidence to prove that he colluded with Russia. The very fact that posters in this topic are outlining the play for how they're hoping to tie his finances to the Russian government to weave some sort of narrative is proof of it. The issue isn't finding things to criticize... it's digging desperately for a smoking gun.
