Possibly the sleep walking. Apparently, I sleepwalked as a kid but they was a long time ago. I have been having problems sleeping lately. I started listening to YouTube videos designed to help me sleep. Its been working great but Im starting to get these scratches now.

These are LONG scratches too. Like most of my arm in 1 scratch long. So I doubt its related to dry skin

You ever watch the ending of the videos? Maybe when you fall asleep they hipnotize you into doing weird shit

I dont watch anything lol. Its like music or natural sounds like rain that help me sleep. Thru last for many hours so Im usually sleep before it ends.

I keep getting really long scratches on my arm when I sleep. They are already healing when I wake up. The first one I got left a scar on my arm. The other two are still healing but look similar to the first one that left a scar. So Ill probably have 3 scars on my arm that I dont know the origin of. I also have a small chunk of my elbow gone. By small I mean like what it would look like if I fall down on the pavement and scar myself. Dont know how I got that either. I didnt have it before I went to bed.

Let me give you some background. Im black. I grew up in Mississippi but I live in Georgia now. My parents was big time Dems. Never voted against the party. Im more open minded. I was going to register as an independent when I was 18 but I realized I cant vote in primaries. So I just did what my parents did and went with Democrat. My first 2 elections were both Obama ejections. I voted for Obama simply because he was black. I got to make history and I got to put my race in the White House. I didnt give it a second thought the first time.

I gave it a lot of thought when Obama was running against Romney but I still voted Obama. I think I voted for him simply because he was black tbh. Trump vs Clinton was my first real election I put a lot of thought in. I was one of those people that didnt vote. I know Ill get hate for that.

Now Im planning on going to a Republican meeting. I dont know what to expect. I never been to a political meeting and it isnt like I know any Republicans that actually talk politics. So my interaction is very little. I know TV likes to paint them as monsters but I know the vast majority are probably just normal people.

I guess Im a little scared because Im black going to a Republican meeting in Georgia when I probably shouldnt be. What should I expect?

OK so update. Im on the island where Im suppose to be rescued. There is an alien buildings here. My nope senses were tingling so I avoided that and picked up some purple alien artifact. I kept exploring the island and ran into a cave system. My nope senses are going crazy right now. I have 18 minutes to kill. Should I explore the cave, the ancient looking alien ruins, both or, my preferred option, neither? Lol

EDIT: BTW, it is night time and, no lie, Im scared. Maybe I should just sit on the island and wait to be rescued. Thats what i would do if this was real life lol

the shallows give a lot of scanning debris and a couple wrecks. make this area yours. you will find blueprints to improve exploration as you progress through radio transmission pods.

note that you dont need to stock up and store on raw material like them seaweed clusters because its just a short distance away from your pod. this item and items like it are 4 slot takers. if you really need to take it with you, make piles of that near your base and never worry about going out to the forest again

Most of the small enemies aren't that much of a threat. The Sand Sharks will pretty much hit you once and then swim away for a little bit. If you have the sea glider (don't remember if that's exactly what it's called, but it's that portable machine that lets you swim faster), you'll be much faster than them. Even if they do hit you they don't do much damage.

It's really just the medium sized + Leviathans you have to worry about, but you likely won't run into them if you don't go into the deep zones (which you'll eventually have to go to to progress the story, but you can delay that as long as you want).

Edit: Also if those big things are those things that make whale-like noises and swim close to the surface, don't worry about them. They're harmless (aside from some plants that are on top of them and shoot stuff at you, but they don't have good aim).

Ok cool. I got another question. My seaglide is about to run out of power. What do I do about that? Do I just have to craft another battery to replace it or do I have to craft a brand new one? I hope I dont have to craft a brand new one lol

There are Sharks everywhere and this big ass sea creature I dont want to get within 50 meters of! I know I need to explore it but these sharks that burrow into the ground are just everywhere. One is constantly circling the life pod so Im not sure what to do
