Creating databases, tables etc doesn't get too much more complicated than what devsbro posted. First you have to actually install the server software (typically MySQL, MariaDB or something on Linux, or Microsoft SQL Server on Windows Server). From there, you can start using SQL queries or a GUI tool like PHPMyAdmin or SQL Server Management Studio to create your tables, structure, relations, users and security, etc. If you're just starting to learn SQL, creating the database and tables etc are probably going to be easier than learning SELECT queries --- |
