I told my manager that I don't care what that person thinks. She said I have to care because it's important for building trust. Actually I don't. There's nothing about my job that I have to care about what anyone thinks. It seems juvenile and I'm at the bottom of a massive company's totem pole but I'm not here to kiss anyone's ass. I don't see how that would ever help. I don't think that's worth it and I wonder how much that would change if I got a job working for someone in a company I liked. But I'd rather skip out on this whole job thing, it's boring and I'm not even getting that much out of it. It's easy for now, though. --- |
