It's highly subjective what "abuse of power" entails. They need to lock it down to some specific language that can implicate actions or decisions that show a pattern of misuse of the office.

Basically what it's saying is that Netflix can no longer lure away Fox's contracted executives, which kind of sucks because their argument is that they were just offering people a way to do something they actually enjoyed and out of jobs they didn't care for.

That's not assault. It's an accident. No cop would even write up the report, in fact, they probably wouldn't even show up.

I feel like this only holds water because the object in question has a low chance of causing physical harm (hence the reason I was making this topic).

As I picture it the roommate is a petty jerk and basically throws technicalities around until he gets his way and is able to press charges.

The police would try to talk him out of it but he would put his foot down and insist that an arrest be carried out.

At this point, could that second roommate call the police to say you assaulted him? There is proof (the lamp that was knocked over) and a witness (the first roommate sitting on the couch with you), even though no physical harm came to him.

Well, I shouldn't say that anyway. The way RE does environments you can't reuse assets unless you also want to reuse that exact camera angle since everything is just a static (or at most a canned animated background) image.

No, not liking someone isn't proper grounds for impeachment, no matter how flexible your mental gymnastics are.

Well one of the articles drafted against Trump is "Obstruction of Congress", which is a concrete offense.

If that can be proven then we're good.

If it's proven that, yes, there is demonstrable evidence showing that he committed impropriety then it is only just that he be removed from office.

But I don't want it to be done as a political move, simply as acting on justifiable cause.
