Considering X8Azazel8X spent most of this topic authoritatively stating stuff that was proven inaccurate, I don't know why you'd take anything he has to say seriously. LOL while this does further clarify it in the documents......not in your italics, the crime is still there actually with this bit here:

It is worth noting that if the Jones Defendants had engaged in even minimal due
diligence and actually reviewed the materials before production, they would have found the
images themselves. Because the Jones Defendants did not do that, they transmitted images to the
plaintiffs that if they were knowingly possessed is a serious federal crime. The Jones Defendants
put plaintiffs counsel and ESI consultants in the appalling position of discovering the first
image. Plaintiffs ESI consultants then acted exactly as they were compelled to under federal law
once they discovered the contraband images; so did plaintiffs counsel.

So the crime is they knowingly or neglectfully transmitted child pornography to the lawyers. They should have reviewed and given only relevant data to the lawyers but instead sent them files of metadata containing child porn in order to further stall them possibly. But it may just as well they did it by accident knowing there was child porn saved. Whether or not AJ is actually into it is a little more in doubt is the best you can say. But that is fucking weird to try to stir up child pornography to cloud a case of deformation or what ever it is of sandy hook victims by saying they made the whole thing up.

So yea its still a VERY serious crime bruh which ever way you want to slice it and just about as weird as actually being into the porn.....and doesn't really exclude he isn't really.

Way to move to that goalpost buddy. We were arguing about your claim that they found porn other then from the emails. You were wrong. Let it go.

Downloaded to hard drives from where? You're making a distinction that doesn't exist. Once the mail server receives an email, it'll be stored on a hard drive. It's not like it exists in thin air until someone manually comes and downloads it.

You know damn well this line of arguing has nothing to do with what we were talking about. You're just trying to troll me.

No these are files, files are things saved in memory on a hard drive. The e-mails would have been named as e-mails like the FBI said when they found ADDITIONAL child porn the server. These were supposed to be files only pertaining to the case which you can't find just looking in e-mails.

The files would mean pictures, movies, etc. not just e-mails. E-mails you don't need to copy them and save they would just get access to the e-mail account and the servers, which wouldn't be called files.

This is the court document:

http://civilinquiry.jud.ct.gov/DocumentInquiry/DocumentInquiry.aspx?DocumentNo=17157517

It says:

As the Court will recall, the Jones Defendants failed to produce email metadata, a necessary part of these documents, in their original production. The plaintiffs requested that the Jones Defendants be ordered to do so. In the April 30 hearing, counsel for the Jones Defendants agreed to make that production. The Jones Defendants produced metadata on May 21. They produced a massive volume of documents, indicating that many were non-responsive, but they said that they did not have time to cull the non-responsive documents.

The plaintiffs Electronically Stored Information (ESI) consultants began loading files into a document review database in an effort to make them reviewable by counsel as quickly as possible. During that process, the consultants identified an image that appeared to be child pornography. They immediately contacted counsel, who immediately contacted the FBI. The FBI directed counsel to give control of the entire document production to the FBI, which was done. The FBI advised counsel that its review located numerous additional illegal images, which had apparently been sent to Infowars email addresses. When the FBI indicated it had completed its review, plaintiffs counsel advised Attorney Pattis of the matter and arranged a joint telephone call with the United States Attorneys Office.

It is worth noting that if the Jones Defendants had engaged in even minimal due diligence and actually reviewed the materials before production, they would have found the images themselves. Because the Jones Defendants did not do that, they transmitted images to the plaintiffs that if they were knowingly possessed is a serious federal crime. The Jones Defendants put plaintiffs counsel and ESI consultants in the appalling position of discovering the first image. Plaintiffs ESI consultants then acted exactly as they were compelled to under federal law once they discovered the contraband images; so did plaintiffs counsel. But this appears not to have been good enough for Jones.

Um no. They confiscated his hard drives for information on the case involved that he was was involved in. He would have no child porn on his hard drives unless he either opened the e-mails and saved the contents of porn, or he had downloaded it onto the drive from another source.

The ones found in e-mailed sent to him/business they didn't say whether they were opened or closed that they found.

What's your source for this? Because the article I read(it was Buzzfeed so not exactly pro Alex Jones) said it was emails and made no mention of hard drive CP.

So, if I'm understanding this right, somebody emailed him CP(that he apparently never opened) and when he turned over access to his email accounts this stuff was discovered going through his emails? And Jones freaked out(as he does) and was saying it's a conspiracy by the people suing? Ehh. Highly doubt it's a conspiracy. Just probably people that hate him fucking with him. But overall I'm not really seeing the big deal honestly. He didn't actually send CP to Sandy Hook victims and he didn't even have access to it himself. The only notable thing is him blaming the people suing him. But even that is not especially interesting.

Zelda is an odd series. In that it's basically the same story told over and over again using alterations here and there. Given that, remakes don't really appeal to me the same way they would for something like FF7. I mean, I've played Link games many times since OoT. Playing as him again isn't quite the same as playing as Cloud again. I'd certainly get a full OoT remake but I don't think it would hype me more then any other new Zelda game.

FALSE EQUIVALENCY OVERDRIIIIIIIIVE

Saying I can't criticize people I can't relate to is pretty clear cut actually. It should apply to all situations if that is really what he thinks. Your "false equivalency" claim would only make sense if I was saying that being a Nazi is the same as or is comparable to being this lady. But that wasn't what I was saying. Replace "Nazi" with something else if that makes you feel better. It doesn't matter what specific example is used. That's not the point.

It is absolutely hateful/vengeful. I really don't really see how you can argue otherwise. She wanted him to literally lose his livelihood for insulting her. That is a punishment far more extreme then the "crime". A lot of folks would have just left or accepted the apology. To be like "No. I want him fired." you have to have some hate in you. Sorry but I just can't relate to people that try to get other people fired over petty shit. I'm sure there are certain situations where I'd go that far but not over an insult.

It's poor service to insult your customers and call them bitches or what have you, so the guy deserves to get fired on that alone. Affixing a race or racial characteristic to an insult makes the insult racial, even if they aren't going hardcore with the slurs, so this lady is right to get offended by it.

No matter which way you cut it, this douchebag deserved his termination. And frankly, the woman isn't wrong for how she reacted.

It's not "wrong" that the guy was fired. His behavior was certainly something worthy of termination. However, demanding he is fired does not exactly say to me that she is a person who is free of hate. I don't consider myself the nicest guy in the world but I'd personally never demand that someone was fired over something like an insult directed at me no matter how harsh the insult was. He apologized and I would have accepted it and moved with my life. She clearly wanted him to suffer for wronging her. That's certainly one way to handle it but she shouldn't pretend to be so virtuous when she clearly isn't.

Eh, I remember ToV and TotA's hard mode being a slog early game due to being limited to 1-2-3-Arte for combos and inflated stats. Maybe it got better after the early game.

Maybe why games since Xillia have had a difficulty between normal and hard.
