Tin Pin grand slam on W3D3 was tough but I won on the second try (by having most points when time ran out, only one player actually lost all their pins). So many different Tin Pin pins. Looks like there's at least six more I still don't have yet.

I was having trouble with Beat's combos, so I took out a swiping pin I'd been using all game and added a couple pressing pins and now it's easy peasy. Especially the black hole pin, get all the enemies in one spot and Beat goes to town on 'em. I'm getting x1.8 multipliers and that's something I never (or practically never) got with Shiki or Joshua. Granted it's probably also because of all the goddamn tadpoles really racking up the hit count.

I like Pokemon clones so I liked WoFF, though I didn't quite make it to the end. Also frequent random encounters are great when one of your goals is to level up and evolve every monster!

For TWEWY I'm through with Week 2 now and the touch screen responsiveness hasn't caused me any problems in battle (I've only lost once, to an optional blue noise boss - but going back with a healing pin took care of that), but I'm definitely feeling it when playing Tin Pin Slammer. Thankfully the AI is really bad so I can still win (usually with whatever battle pins I have on). My only loss was when Yammer and Shooter team up on W2D6, but then I switched my pins to ones with a lot of hands and got revenge. I can see Another Day being a problem for that, though.

Beat's new combo mechanic seems less spammy than Shiki's and Joshua's, so that might pose a problem for future bosses (or Ultimate - I forget if that's a Week 3 or a post-game unlock). But even if I have trouble, I can always just food up my stats.

In short: get it! Maybe all SE needs is ONE MORE sale before they decide there's enough interest to make TWEWY2! You can be all the difference!

It's fine, but not as responsive as the DS version. I wasn't one of the people who had trouble using the top screen effectively, but it's still probably nicer not having to split focus like that anymore. I'm playing with a capacitive stylus, and it just doesn't always register my taps on the first attempt. Also it's much faster to play through than I realized. Like I got through Week 1 in a little over a day of playing.

But it's also TWEWY which means it's the best game on Switch go buy ten copies.

Also it's crazy easy to abuse the clock to get PP to master pins. You don't have to close the game down to change the clock. Hell you don't even have to leave the pin menu! Just hit home button, change settings, open game back up, boom PP!

Black Lightning finale was kind of a mess.

Tobias fight was anti-climactic, not to mention the past few couple episodes he was basically turning into a crazy person for no real reason. The potential there just really went to shit.

The fight with the four metas was pretty sloppy, especially the water and ice powers.

The pod kids being released and then the ASA just let them all leave because...?

Jennifer's recklessness almost gets Gambi killed and no one calls her out for it, and she even has the audacity to just say "oh another thing to hold against Tobias!" like come on.

What is even going on with Lala? Why did they leave him out of the majority of the season then randomly bring him back and then he still gets beaten by Tobias and I half expect it'll be another 10 episodes before we see him again.

I feel like the quality of the show in general went down a lot this season.
