Im pretty sure that almost absolutely no one except the Democrats in Congress and the TC care about this, because in the end it simply will not matter. Even if he gets impeached he wont get removed from office, and the failure to remove him will only make him stronger during his reelection campaign.

This is why you hide a spare in a pot if you live in a house, or give a spare to a neighbor or nearby friend thatll come help you if you need it. Otherwise learn how to lock pick and keep a set of tools in the car. Or as a last resort, break a window.

Its actually up to 10 registered devices and up to 4 simultaneous streams. So that means you could register it on your phone, your wifes phone, your kids phone, your living room tv, your bedroom tv, and still have room for 5 more devices, but only 4 can be active at the same time.

Doesnt involve malice literally means without malice. Malice is almost synonymous with hatred. This roughly translates to doesnt involve hateful intent.

Youre also inverting what I said to try and prove your own point. I said without hatred, i.e. malice, a murder becomes manslaughter. The opposite is not guaranteed to be true and I never said it was. That would be like saying a woman is human, so a human is woman. Men exist too.

Its attempted murder, or conspiracy to commit murder, or something thereabout, but its not attempted hateful murder or some such. There is no such a classification. Instead this is literally attempted murder: same race vs attempted murder: different race. Its race based sentencing. One is considered to have a higher degree of value worth a harsher sentence and yet both are the same crime.

Im pretty sure hate is already part of the crime. Hate defines, or helps define, intent and intent is required to convict anyone of a serious crime. Without hate murder would be manslaughter, and so forth.

What youre actually advocating for, and what hate crime laws enforce, is race based sentencing. I.E. a white man hurting a black man gets a harsher sentence than a black man hurting that same black victim. There is no logic to that type of sentencing and it would be unconstitutional to attempt to enforce.

It's just unnecessarily holding content from the customer, unless you are like South Park and make episodes the week they come out there is no reason to not just release it all at once

Netflix is doing just fine using that method

The problem is that while Disney makes tons of great movies that everyone wants to see it doesnt exactly pump a new one out everyday. If it just dropped the entirety of its new shows and let you binge them in one day it doesnt really have the content coming fast enough to bring you back the next day. It cant afford to have everyone sub for just 1 month, then wait until the following year to watch the new season of its favorite show.

Why would they do that? It doesn't make sense for streaming, weekly airings worked for regular tv because they had to not because it's superior

It makes perfect sense for streaming. It ensures that people will be brought back to the platform every week. And if they come for the Mandalorian they might stay for Avengers, or X-Men, or Winnie the Pooh or whatever.

I'm waiting till the 3rd episode is released then I will get a free week trial, and then I'll pay for 1 month, which is 5 more episodes....and should let me see the whole series.

I may end up paying for more months though just because of the clone wars, ultimate spiderman etc etc.

Yeah. Each episode is airing on Fridays and the first episode debuted with the opening of the platform even though it wasnt a Friday.

She uses a bizarre hateful statement as an example. Shes doesnt just make it arbitrarily to insult anyone in particular. Her mistake was believing that she could use such an example in an educational setting where freedom of speech has gone out the window decades ago and strict conformity is the new big thing.

Without the video we have no way of judging what her intent appeared to be but based solely on the text provided she proved her point, that the audience was not in favor of free speech. She used the sentence as an example and was immediately berated for it, whether or not she believed the sentence to be truthful. There is not even any evidence that she said it to a particular person or if she said it to the audience as a whole.

It says its an eight minute video but were only shown 2 minutes of it, which always suggests that theres more to the issue than meets the eye, but that being said who calls the police because a guy in a wheelchair knocked over a trash can...?
