| Paper_Okami 12/17/19 12:08:00 AM #1 | I had played them years ago but never beat them and yes i've beaten NMH 1 and Metroid Prime 1 and 2 In fact i beat Primes 1 and 2 right before MP3 came out. And then i got near the end but never got around to beating it for some reason. IDK why i struggled so much years ago against Ryuji in NMH 2. Easily beat him on my first try this time, in fact all the bosses were extremely easy. Something about those rank 2 fights in NMH best music, best fights in both games, the final bosses can't compare (though the true final boss of 1 is at least on par) NMH is a good series, but not a great one imo, the best fights are fun and memorable but rarely great in execution and a lot of the games humor is really cringe though that's partially the point. It's stylishly cool as hell though, but pretty repetitive. Hopefully the 3 takes biggest steps than 3 did. Metroid Prime 3 is the worst in the series, i don't remember disliked it this much the last time i played. And it's chiefly the bosses, they fucking suck. MP is the best prime game, 2 has the best bosses. 3 is not a bad game, but nowhere near as good imo. the bosses are rarely difficult just tedious, small moments where you can hit them, and they have tons of HP. Tedious, especially the first leviathan seed boss, one of the most tedious bosses in gaming imo. Not really a fan of all the character too, MP 1-2 had way better atmosphere, metroid is about isolation imo. (though i have only played the prime trilogy and zero mission really).
