They're the biggest media franchise on the planet, making hundreds of millions every single day, and they're seeking damages against random individuals. --- |

Imagine you worked your ass off on creating something for years and years, and some ass comes and leaks everything before you can show it yourself. Idk, it's a moral gray area. If someone gets the players guide shipped to them early and they post info online about it, who do you hold accountable here? The creators of the players guide? The company that sold the book early? Or the person who posted the info? Unless I'm mistaken, you don't enter a legal agreement when you read a book. --- |

TBQH this is some scumbag-tier debauchery and it really seems like Pokemon Company is going down a dark path. Honestly, their mishandling of Sword and Shield's development/marketing is what caused irreparable damage, not fucking leaks. Every Pokemon game leaks ahead of time, and they always sell millions. Nuff said. --- |

Anyone who thinks it does either grew up in a refrigerator box, or is psyching themselves out over it. My wife and I like our apartment, but we're still considering moving into my parents basement apartment next year cuz we'll save like $10,000 in rent. Tbqh, renting is long-term viable really only if you live in the south or something where rent is incredibly affordable, or you and your spouse don't mind working absurd hours to cover it. --- |
