I have some friends playing the F2P version on Xbox that want me to jump in with them, and I've been wanting to get back on the Destiny train for a while now anyway. So it seems like the best time, at least after Outer Worlds is done consuming me. Mostly. With the free version you get the full Year 1 content, so vanilla/Curse of Osiris/Warmind, plus access to the full Crucible and the patrol zones from Forsaken and Shadowkeep. You don't get access to the story or raid content from the latter two (or certain exotic quests) without purchasing them, and if you do so you can only access that on the system you purchase it. The exception to this is access to the current seasonal content (currently included with Shadowkeep), which carries over (so for example I only own Shadowkeep on PS4, but can play Vex Offensive on Xbox or PC if I want). --- JonThePenguin http://www.backloggery.com/main.php?user=erunion |

I'm guessing it's as simple as Cedar Fair didn't want to shell out for the rights on those, especially since I believe they already had the Peanuts licenses locked down. Correct. Paramount sold all their theme parks, so all the licensed stuff had to change. Worst change was probably Drop Zone -> Drop Tower, though Face/Off -> Invertigo is pretty rough too. I hadn't completed ARR before taking a break from the game. One of biggest hindrances in advancing through FFXIV was a fear of running storyline dungeons because I'm not sure what I'm doing fully. Granted the community has given me no reason to be fearful so far in all the dungeons I've played, but it's still a personal problem of mine. You really dont need to worry about it. My story run of one of the ARR dungeons, I stopped to watch the pre-boss cutscene, and by the time it was over the remaining three had killed the boss and left the dungeon. This remake addresses many of the originals shortcomings, but at the same time, the original still does a few things better. The new visual style is gorgeous, but the frequency of the performance issues leaves room for improvement. Despite this setback, precious few Zelda games have the emotional payoff or the narrative richness of Links Awakening.
