Ganondorf was born a Gerudo, one of the human races of Hyrule. The Gerudo are a race of mostly female warriors and thieves, to whom only one male is born every century.

Because of this, the male is by birthright the King of the Gerudo. Nabooru mentions that she is not following Ganondorf because he stole from women and children and killed people

And then imagine the only man for a century becoming a giant blue pig....

FFXII did this as well with the race of giant bunny women who only have 1 male and he's in charge.

I don't know what would be worse, being the only man in such a race or being 1 of like a billion women in a world with only one man in it who by decree rules over you and then becomes a pig.

Either way I'd be pretty miffed.

I'm not sure what I would do in that situation but I think blue pig transformation would be off the table. Maybe someone who knows more about Zelda can explain how that happened to me because I'm lost.

In fact isn't Zelda 2 on the NES about bringing Ganon back to life because he died in the first game? And you stop it... How is he still around in 2019?

I never had the DLC for Sebastian so can't weigh in.

Well right off the bat he isn't in your party for Act 1. The longest of the 3 acts

And when he does join your party he has less dialogue than everyone else. And has a very bland personality.

Considering you had to pay for him, that's pretty inexcusable.

But you did remind me of the absolute fucking travesty that is Anders in 2.

Sera is the worst.

As annoying as I find Sera (I still think Sebastian is the worst character due to being boring and bland) at least she is a character.

I get what they were going for with her at least. Someone who points out to the hero and to the player that there is a whole world out there and that every important in these stories is just fucking over the little guy uncaringly.

Reminding us how insane all the stuff we take for granted actually is and how massacring everyone we see makes people think about us.

That's actually a cool idea and if she wasn't so annoying I'd love it.

I love Dragon Age: Origins, and it has great combat on PC. After I finish one or two more playthroughs on nightmare, will I enjoy Inquisition? I tried 2, but it felt like such a massive downgrade in every way. How's the combat in 3? And is the writing closer to 2 or Origins?

I can only give you my opinion and opinion is split on 3.

The only consensus is that I think it is safe to say the vast majority agree that 2 is the weakest.

IMO 3 is great. The writing is "closer" to Origins. However that's a more complicated question because the gameplay is different.

Origins and two are pretty linear. The areas might be quite large but the are ultimately just large corridors.

3 is closer to open world. There's about 10 or so different "areas" which are all huge and you run around them jumping around like a sandbox game.

This has it's advantages and disadvantages. You have a lot more freedom and there are a TON of side-quests. However this sidequests and combat feel like an MMO. Lots of "Kill the enemies here, collect these for me, travel back and forth across the map, gather 10 Ore samples" style quest.

Also the combat is more similar to that of an MMO too IMO, lots of pointless groups of enemies, lots of overpowered attacks that have long cooldowns, and now the health potions system is different in that you only have 8 (later 12) but they replenish every time you go to a campsite. So you're never caught sort.

The combat is broken as fuck. A lot of focus in put on gear so if you craft your own you are immensely OP and some builds are just insanely powerful. My mage can one shot a ton of enemy groups in a single spell before they know what hit them.

Not that Origins didn't have that, but it's sidequests were generally more fleshed out. Dragon Age 3 is like if Origins was 10 times as big and had 200 more chantry board sidequests.

As a result there are less towns to explore and the gameplay and story don't really bleed into each other as well.

The characters are great, Bioware's strength is characters. And the main plot is good.

I highly reccomend it

Things pop in and pop out at random
One time my Inquistor started spurting blood out of their throat for no reason in the middle of a conversation.
Cassandra's romance won't advance even though I did all her shit and never broke up.
Sound keeps dropping or being delayed
Game keeps freezing up and just when I thought it crashed it goes back to normal.
Objects aren't held properly and teleport/float around the room during cutscenes
I was completely naked in the warroom at one time for no reason.

I swear it wasn't this buggy when it was new, what happened?

I was buying some Silent Hill games (that were crazy underpriced, I sold them on) and the guy said "Hey did you know they are making a Silent Hill movie!?" in a friendly small talk way

And I said "Yeah, it's going to be an adaptation of the 3rd game."

And he just went dead silent and looked down, started shaking, didn't say anything else, not even goodbye and it was really awkward and uncomfortable.

This was like 7 years ago and I still remember it because it was such an odd exchange and I still don't quite understand what happened. It's like I broke his small talk subroutine.

It's a reusable putty-like pressure-sensitive adhesive that comes in blue or white that you stick to walls or doors and allows you to hang up pictures or notes or signs or warnings without having to bang a nail into the wall like you're planning to marry it later or something.

And unlike a lot of glue or adhesives it comes straight off, so it's easy to get rid off without damaging or marking the walls. Although I'd say 97% of the time it's used for kids to put up posters of bands and hunky boys.



Everyone in Europe uses it all the time and I hear it talked about costantly. But I can't recall any American mentioning it in person, online or in media.

I know there's dispute over who actually invented it but it simply can't "Not Exist" in the US surely... That would be like hammers not existing in China, it's a useful tool for any family household.

Also unrelated note. Apprently after Mr T's Saturday Nights Main Event apperance he was on the floor in the back with a oxygen tank exhausted, he held the thing up to Bob and offered it, Bob held up a beer and cigarette and said "Nah I'm good."

I believe that too because Duggan told the same story and Lawrence Taylor did the same thing after Maina. Athletes from other profressions always underestimate how tucked out wrestlers get. Sure you might only work 20 minutes but unless you're Batista or Roman Reigns or Khali that's 20 minutes of draining your body and getting beat up.

Well the positive vibe for sure is that the painkillers are definately helping.

I doubt they're doing anything to actually help the problem but not being in pain has brought back the appetite and he seems more willing to move now, although he won't take 4 steps without trying to eat his own stomach out.

I thought it was a twisted stomach because he wasn't pooing or eating and was lethargic but it turns out it's a serious infection.

They don't think he's stable enough for surgery so they are going to try antibiotics + painkillers and "Hope that works" but have advised without directly saying it that it probably won't.

Speaking as a Brit, the way Americans treat and worship their flag is creepy and disturbing and exactly the kind of shit Americans would make fun of if another country did it.

I remember that story where some old tiny bald Mexican guy had a Mexican Flag and an American Flag on a pole outside his resturant and didn't know it was illegal to have the Mexican Flag higher, so some Lunatic climbed the pole, cut the flag down and yelled at him while the old guy stood their confused/scared

Then the old guy apologized and put them side by side. And I saw wave after wave of Americans agreeing with the lunatic and berating the old geezer online.

And to me it's like a Monty Python Sketch turned into real life. It's not a god, it's just a flag... You can treat it with respect without treating it like a deity.

According to Vince, Shane was diagonised with Attention Deficit Disorder and put on Ritalin to keep him under control in school. Vince lements that no one had discovered it when he (Vince) was a kid so instead everyone just beat the crap out of him for being a "bad kid"
