I just spent four minutes trying to explain to someone named Bryan that he needed to email my underling named Brian and yes, the name is spelled differently despite sounding the same. I know, I get it, you spell your name with a y, I'm not correcting you. Both spellings are actually fairly common. No, I'm not correcting your name, just send it to his email address with the spelling he uses. I get it, it's confusing for an apparently 22 year-old to change a letter in the bounce back email that you received just now even though I corrected you on the spelling. Another bounce back email? Did you spell the Brian with an i? You didn't? Well then change that please. Okay then, I'm sure it went through this time, but if it doesn't I assure you that you got the email correct otherwise, so goodbye then.
