At least that's good to hear. Since it was a new house, I was hoping to move in before they had one. Because I know they can't make you join if you move in before they have one. But I guess they started early...

Though, if the rules say no roommates already, then it's instantly a no-go. I absolutely have to avoid those, as I'm not planning to get married, but will most likely live with my SO eventually. Unless they have a rule that I can still live with an SO unmarried even if I can't have roommates. But that's risky, as well...

Stuff like that is why I don't want an HOA. I don't want others being in control of my house and my property. And telling me what I can and can't do. For example, on my own, I can afford the house... barely... But I can. I plan on having my roommate live with me. And we may also get a third roommate to lessen the bills even more. I'll have enough bedrooms, so it should definitely be fine. But if they tell me I can't have roommates and only family, it'll be a bunch of hard years for me to pay... Though I could just get married to my SO, and he could help. But still... And even if they said I could at first, or don't have rules against it, that could change later on...

The people in charge are usually pretty bad. But as I said, it's not the price that's stopping me. It's the HOA itself. I don't like that I have to let someone else control how I live my life and my house. One of the reason to own a house is that you can do what you want with it. But with an HOA, you buy a house to let someone else control how you live in it. I mean, I also don't like having to pay another fee to live in my house (and a fee to give control of my house up), but with the price being so low, I figured it was still worth a look...

That's the problem for me, as well. The house (from what I've seen so far) s amazing. And works pretty perfectly for what I want. But the HOA is what's making my apprehensive. Especially considering my pets. But I still want to look at the rules and get as much info on it as I can. And maybe talk to the people around, if any. The price of $12 isn't bad at all. But the rules might be atrocious...

If I can't do the rules here, I still might be able to use that realtor. And ask her to find something similar without an HOA...

The house I plan to look at has an HOA. It's only $12 a month, which isn't bad. But I really don't want someone else to micro-manage my house/life. If I wanted that, I's just stay renting. But I figured I'd still see the house, as I really like what I've seen so far...

Generally a game being open world is a negative for me, yeah.

But some games have done it so well that I ended up enjoying that they were open world. Xenoblade Chronicles X and Breath of the Wild being two major examples.

I think this one was done well, as well. Just different. BotW had a lot of places with no story where you had to make your own, or know certain things from other games. I really loved all the little places. Especially the ones with nothing of value there except for the place.

And I love XCX for many reasons. The world felt alive, and there were monsters everywhere. And stuff to do in many places. And just a fun game in general.

But HZD does it well, as well... There's stuff everywhere if you just look. And it looks amazing. You have a ton of collectibles. There are even maps to help you find them. And knowing where they are doesn't even matter as you still have to find a way to them. And when you have multiple maps, you can see they are just everywhere. Not to mention all the logs which can be everywhere as well, and don't have a map. And enemies all over the place. It's not that it wasn't done well. It's just not done to your taste. Which is fine since everyone has different taste...

Well, then lots of games must be boring. I cant even count the large amount of open world games where I had to walk places for a long time... Probably most of them...

But if you really want to have sex, you could use viagra if youre having trouble getting hard. And the power of imagination to finish. But that would most likely be the wrong thing to do, so I wouldnt. Plus, that would basically be an unhealthy relationship. So, you have to move on.

They cant do anything, but they will look for you. If found, they will tell the family, but they arent allowed to disclose where. I think they cant even if they tell you to. Though, a cop can personally do that for you if they want

I've seen many people do that. Or some that stop playing for a while before remembering why they quit. Then removing the game for more space. Sometimes, it's also done because if they get on something like that, they probably won't like how the rest of the game goes. Or if they get stuck because of a glitch, it can make it not fun, anymore. Some people get stuck because they'll need to have a grind-fest to move forward, and don't want that, or it's not fun for them...

As you said, there are also times when you can't find the info you need. Whether it's an obscure game (or too obscure for walkthroughs), or people didn't find it as hard as you, or people haven't found it yet (Though unlikely)...

I'm sure I have quit games. Usually not because of not knowing what to do. But normally because I just can't do it...

I also remember this game that a lot of people quit after the first boss because it was difficult. In the end, it wasn't that hard, but they never explained in the game how to fight it. That was Resonance of Fate. It's a great game after that part.

Another game I heard people quit early on (or restart) was XCX. There was a character quest early on that you receive from Lin. Many people got stuck because they couldn't find the items. And you can't take any other character quest or ain quest until you complete it. The thing was, they quit to fast. There was an easy way to get the items. They were suppose to be in the next area where everything was too strong to fight. But you could find them at the beginning of the area and not fight. And it took like 5 minutes of so. But people quit too fast. When they did it later, many figured out they could have easily done it earlier...

Oh. For all the shitty rules I mentioned before, I did forget to mention I questioned them about somethings. They did say there were exceptions. I asked about things like going to the ER for something or breaking a limb. And they did mentioned there were exceptions where we'd still get to use our sick day and get paid of the first day we're sick. So, there's that...

I feel like thats true of a lot of games, though... The first Watchdogs, The Far Cry Series, Skyrim (I would think). Even Watchdogs 2 would have, had you not started off with all the fast travel points. BotW was like that, as well...

That's true, but there's bit of context to that I didn't get to in my original post. Parking absolutely fucking sucks where I work. We're the only company without reserved parking in a massive lot and there's a hotel right in front of the building that takes up what would otherwise be a lot of other parking spaces. Even a good spot is a hike and I've had times where I'm parking pretty much a quarter mile away from the doors. It suuuuuucks.

Yeah. That would suck with a broken leg. So, that makes more sense...

True. And it takes the same amount of time as if you had walked there. Meaning tie would pass. And much more time than if you ran, drove, or rode a horse or anything. So, instant for you, but time has passed, and more than it should have. So, travelling to work would mean you would have to know how long it's takes you to get there on foot to know how early to wake up, for example.

Though, I assume it could save you money. For like travelling, I guess. Like if you want to overseas, you probably wouldn't have to pay for the place ticket once you've been there once... And could save gas if you're in no rush to go certain places...

I am. I have 2 jobs. One is on base. The other is a bus station. So, there are customers there. Technically, they do call the officers our customers in base, though...

Funny you mention that. My job recently got worried about everybody getting everybody else at work sick (and maybe the customers). So they gave us these bags filled with certain products. Like a face mask, a pair of gloves, hand sanitizer, Lysol wipes, and stuff like that. Which is funny because my section already uses that stuff daily, as it is... So we already had access to all that stuff. But they would rather do that than admit that the sick policy sucks. And don't want to change it... So, I guess we'll need to have like 10 people throw up on a desk before that happens. When they asked why we came to work sick enough to throw up on somebody's desk, we'll just tell them because we couldn't miss a day or work if we wouldn't get paid for it...

You don't... Which was what they were going for. Since some people abused the old sick leave system, they decided to punish everybody. Funny thing is, the people who use to abuse it are gone. Not to mention, they didn't really give those people an alternative until after changing the policy. Anyway, basically, the first day you miss work for being sick, you don't get paid. You do get sick leave for everyday after that. But if it's 3 days or ore that you miss, you can't come back to work without a doctor's note.

You can, however, use sick leave for doctor appointments, so we have that, I guess... Also, the abuse was that people would call out saying they were sick, which would inconvenience the bosses. But taking away paid leave didn't really fix anything because people could, and did, still call out. And it sucked for people who really were sick, because they would miss at least one day of pay because the company is so paranoid that someone would call out sick and make them have to work more... Though, they are letting us sell now, which helps because now people can sell their leave so it's not wasted instead of having to use it to get something out of it...

Edit: Oh. I forgot. There is one way to get sick pay on the first day of sick leave. A supervisor can send you home. Some of them are pretty good about sending home sick people since we deal with a lot elderly customers, and other very sick customers. My supervisor has made it clear that it's unlikely he'll send us home. But he means my section. As he has sent home the parts girl a few times and stuff like that... Luckily, I have the other job to rely on if anything goes wrong here...
