| Maniac64 09/30/19 10:13:16 AM #250 | Fant is good (I'm also a Hawkeye fan) but will drop passes at times. But his athletic ability and solid blocking ability make up for it. He could be a big weapon for us for awhile for sure. I'll take Flacco over everyone else we've had at QB since Peyton but he is not the long term solution. I'd also be totally fine with Von Miller being traded as great as he has been to watch. He isn't as effective in recent years and will get burned by going to far around more than he will get sacks. I think Elway is just really hit or miss. He has made some great calls that led us to two superbowls but also some horrible calls that have made the current awful team. I'm glad he cut Vance early and still have hope for the new coaching staff. Of course if St Louis somehow blows this we also wont be at upset that they get to experience what we did last year. Cards are still enemy #1. But the big thing is just how many injuries there have been this month. Not worth seeing another player go down just to maybe stick it to the Cards. Plus with how the team is playing this month they would probably get swept anyway.
