I use the Pixel gcam on my Note 9 as well, but I don't believe in any case that the iPhone's camera is in any way better than the stock Samsung camera app. Even the iPhone screen gives an awful yellow tint in the day time.

Probably the only thing I don't like about the iPhone camera is that orange/reddish hue it uses for skin tones. Much too warm for my tastes.

honestly, the biggest difference for me is that the color balance is so much better on the pixel app.

Yeah, but that ultra wide camera though. Software can't cover everything.

Between my side/rear mirror, backup cameras, and physically looking around, I have few blind spots. How big was this pile of rubble that you couldn't see it? Were the people blocking your view of it?

The Google camera apk is just software, so can't you just side load it to any Android phone? That would totally negate whatever advantage the Pixel had with its camera.

Ask your average user (iOS or Android) what OS version they're running and they'll have no freaking idea. Ask them when they update their phones and they'll tell you whenever they see an icon or notification about it.

And yeah, some of the features of Q are been there done that if you're using One UI. A system-wide dark theme is a flagship feature of Q, but that's yesterday's news for One UI.
