These drugs say they help with nerve pain. I have pretty severe neuropathy in my feet that I would love to get under control but nothing has worked so far.

Yeah, I don't know if I'm gonna continue. I don't like that one of these has withdrawal symptoms once you've been on them long enough - considering the nature of my disease, I change medicines fairly regularly it seems.

I think I'm gonna wait and talk it out with my palliative doctor on the 22nd.

Addiction is particularly nasty. It's never an easy thing to kick, and god knows if it was we'd all be our own gods and masters.

But we're not, we're human. We're gonna make mistakes, we're gonna falter. The important thing is to keep trying. I struggle with medicine and my cancer, and I've been in emotional withdrawal over someone since 2007. I don't know if it gets easier. I've considered suicide many times. Almost every day, actually, but I still keep going.

Keep going, bro. It's not easy, but you've made it this far. I believe in you.

Yup. I've been on oxaliplatin for about a year or so exclusively now. So the tips of my fingers are pretty deadened, and especially my toes.

I've had lyrica before. It definitely helped but mad me very crabby and on edge.

I think I read it can cause withdrawal symptoms, too? Like anxiety, and imsomnia? I dunno, I don't think I'm gonna continue with this.

I used to be a pretty hardcore WWE fan. I think I watched it for like five years straight at one point. But I don't watch it anymore, it pretty much petered off for me after Bryan won at Wrestlemania 30. I don't like Vince, I don't like Michael Hayes, and I don't like Kevin Dunn, and until most of these people are gone I probably won't watch the product ever again.

I caught the first AEW television show, and enjoyed it, but I don't think I have the patience to sit through a two hour television broadcast anymore. I primarily watch Corgan's NWA. It feels old school, it's only an hour long, it's the easiest to catch since it's on YouTube, and Jim Cornette does color commentary. It's my go to wrestling, now.

I've always preferred Saw 2 to the original, mostly because I fucking love the "Sweet Home" esque manor of tricks, traps, and secrets that was the central location in the sequel. The first will always be the best film, though. Anything after 2 is absolute trash, although I suppose I would give 3 a slight pass to some degree since John was still alive at this point, as was Amanda.

I'll say what I said on the PWB: it's a major disappointment he didn't go literally anywhere else, somewhere that didn't have Vince's hands on it. AEW, NWA, New Japan - literally anywhere else. I would have welcomed Punk's return to the show at one point, but WWE is and has been garbage for years.

Holy fuck BRINK

This was one of the movies I used to gauge whether or not Disney Plus was worth getting. Brink absolutely had to be on there, along with a few other absolutely necessary D-Coms.

Under Wraps isn't on there, which feels egregious to me. It was practically the first D-Com, and was really racy for being a Disney movie. It's also another one of the first Halloween family movies. I hope it gets put up one day.

Ha, I mentioned it in the "best movie based on a tv show" thread a day or so ago and now I'm rewatching it right now to see if it holds up. I remember liking it for how dark and ahead of its time it was with the pill-popping craziness.

Dave Foley actually quit the group during the production of the movie. He was pissed at Mark McKinney apparently and didn't pitch in much on the script.

In spite of how dark the material is, it definitely still feels rooted in the mid 90's. Like it feels like a live action Simpsons episode (and I'm aware of the Ignoritall episode).

Fun fact, I've never actually seen Kids In The Hall before but I recognized Dave Foley and that's why I gave it a shot.
