Hi, Follow the steps mentioned below and check if it helps: Method 1: Here are few steps to enable touchpad while using external mouse. 1. Click the Start button on your computer screen (bottom left corner), then type main.cpl in the search box. When you are finish typing, click Enter on your keyboard. 2. In the new window that opens, click the Device Settings tab at the top. It should be the last one on the right. 3. While in the Device Settings section, make sure the name of your touchpad is highlighted (it should be already), then click the Enable button. Any idea of why it wont work? Also when I turn on my computer I tried to reset the whole thing and the mouse was working then. It just wont work when I get my computer fully turned on.
