Still, I feel like I wasted a lot of my time as well. I used to enjoy just staying in and playing games all day or browsing the internet, chatting with online friends on AOL/AIM. My dad hated it.. he'd always tell me to get out of the house and do something but I just didn't want to. When I finally did.. that was the best part of those teen years and I gained a lot of memories and friends from it. The person I'm dating now.. her son is just like I was and it's kind of frustrating for me to see. I guess cause I see myself in him. Usually prices for food and drink are outrageous inside so people do it outside the venue to have a good time and save money as well.
