The SNES Classic only has a few titles. A Pi can have all SNES games. From a cost/benefit analysis, the Pi is better.

Went with CFA. Five Guys is probably better tbh, but it's so pricy that CFA is just a better value for still top-tier fast food.

and it's 240p, graphically that is beyond awful for something released in 2011. I mean the PSP released in 2004 has a higher resolution than the 3DS. I think the 3DS is overrated, a lot of the games were overrated. Because the screen resolution is so low games look very pixaled on the XL. Games look slightly better on the regular 3DS, but the games still look graphically awful.

Eh I got used to it, but I'll admit I wish it had better graphics/resolution at the expense of the 3D gimmick that even Nintendo doesn't seem to care about nowadays.

I'd go for XY 'cause I actually liked dressing up my character (actually made him resemble an old, custom LEGO figurine of mine) and I had an easier time making money post-E4 via the restaurants.

Is XY shorter than ORAS? I feel like I've heard it's light on content so if I can kind of breeze through it I might just play both back to back.

The DS has a weird way of handling power supplies and batteries.

If you took the battery out of a working system and plugged it in, it still would not turn on. Basically, it uses the battery even if it's plugged in. So if the battery is dead it may still show the charging light but not power on because there's no juice. Long story short, you probably just need a new battery.

Alright thanks for the help, just checked and batteries are really cheap so I'll give replacing it a shot.

Does it just turn on for a split second and then turn back off? Because I have a Lite that did that. I just took it apart, cleaned all the ribbon cable contacts with alcohol, and plugged them back in. Works fine now

Have one but wanted to play a GBA game. Haven't even used the lite in a few years but I don't remember it not working :/

Yeah I don't want to go back to random encounters after Lets Go. It's a bigger improvement than I expected.

Yeah it's a really big improvement both gameplay and immersion wise. And the new catching system really isn't bad at all, excluding the motion controls.

I don't know. I don't play the games really. I bought it for nostalgia purposes. I haven't played a pokemon game for like 2 decades
