They really should SLOWED DOWN THE PACING to something more appropriate. or just make it more believable. Start part 2 with Naruto being a badass instead of only having minor improvements. He was training with the best ninja around for 3 years after all. Then rasen shuriken and sage mode would seem more natural instead of super advanced techniques some novice learns in a few days. --- |

Then he learns the rasen shuriken and Kakashi flat out states that Naruto has surpassed him. But how, one badass jutsu aint shit if you can't hit your target, and kakashi is still better at literally everything else, right? and then Naruto gets Sage mode and suddenly he can go toe to toe with Pain? I get he has a massive chakra reserve but there's no reason his actual skill is magically good enough to keep up with someone at Pain's level. just seems like he's gotten a bunch of unearned power boosts. --- |
