I generally don't mind CGI, especially in something like a fight scene or a dance scene. Budgets exist, after all, and I'd rather a fun CGI dance like in Love Live than a few still images like Music Girls degenerated into.

Overlord S3 had hilariously terrible CGI though. At one point a few archers had noodle arms and no one had eyes.

Overlord S3 was easily the worst season, I thought, which was odd because it finally started doing things I'd wanted it to do. It wasn't just the CGI, everything from the big picture to little details felt rushed.
