there's my little collection. I never get more than a two or three from a set to avoid the risk of dupes.

It's a weird thing where like... if I knew what I was buying I wouldn't get an E. Honda, but I kind of like that I have an E. Honda. When most of the options are good, the mystery is sort of fun.

On the other hand, that demon from Doom was the one I traded something for because that Bethesda set was all over the place in terms of character quality. I opened generic Skyrim guy or something and that's no fun.

I buy them sometimes.

The like cool art toy store where I get them has a nice system where they always have two of the set on display. If you open one you don't want, you can exchange it for one of the two on display.
It's a nice compromise which really mitigates the risk. Maybe you could get your GameStop to try it?
