Employers have a right to people on the clock not wasting company time.

Be efficient, get work done on work hours; then go home and do whatever you want on your own personal time.

It's not really complicated.

Recently I met the two daughters of a Mechanical Engineer who specializes in Fluid Dynamics, his daughters are very STEM capable.

At one point I recommended them to go into STEM fields.

A year later, they didn't want to even do anything in STEM, they just wanted to do something in non-STEM fields that dealt with politics / people.

Why did they change? They found it more interesting then any STEM related field.

A Free Society means Freedom for BOTH the Pharmacist & Patient.

The Pharmacist has the right to refuse, but not the right to refer somebody else to do the job.

The Patient has the right to see other Pharmacists as well as the right to get the prescription from a Pharmacist who isn't conflicted by said prescription.

A "Free Society" isn't a one sided affair, it has to work for everybody involved.
