But racism was the one thing no one was allowed to cross the line on. I forget when, maybe 3 years ago, a blond southern girl was forced off the show for a racist rant. The only other thing that comes to mind was Shiela tossing her mic in the pool and getting kicked out for disobeying the rules, but not exactly a controversial subject. That's because you don't see any of this stuff on air, only the live feeds. I'm not saying they got kicked out or anything, but they did get scolded. Although I think that it is a top five Final Fantasy, it has so many glaring flaws that are almost impossible to ignore. If we're speaking about its initial versions, the translation was so poor that, many times, it was difficult to follow some of the story. In terms of gameplay, too much time is spent on party management, but despite this, the game was so unbalanced and had a few ridiculous spikes in difficulty that, to most new players, were unavoidable. I strongly disagree. FFT was my first Tactical RPG game I ever played, and I didn't have any real issues with any of the fights in the game. Of course I struggled here and there, but nothing major to say it had a "ridiculous spike in difficulty" As for the story, I didn't have any real issues following it either. But to be fair, I don't really pay attention to too many video game stories. I don't skip anything, I just don't really think about it too much. (I know FFT's story really well now, though, lol) Too much time on party management? How so? I guess I've forgotten about this since I only do Solo Ramza runs now and I don't even do the random maps in between But hey, that's just my opinion. Thanks for sharing your's --- |

About three weeks ago, they were talking about a few things, and the issue of JC's height came up and she asked him if he was the M-word, and he said no and explained it to her. Then at the end, he said that the M-word is very, very offensive, but she kept using it. JC then said it's like a black person being called the N-word, but he didn't bleep himself like she wasn't bleeping herself Bayleigh gets all angry at this, calls him a racist and shit, and leaves the room. The two of them make up not long after this, but we had a declaimer for that episode about race issues and hurtful words and how Big Brother doesn't condone that Fast forward to tonight's show when Bayleigh wins the HoH, and she has another House Guest (Scotty) up in her room, telling him he better be loyal to her after he voted out Swaggy C, who was really close with Bayleigh. Now before I continue, I want to remind you that Big Brother will not condone this hate speech stuff, right? Well she then goes on to say what she would do to him if he betrays her, and not in a joking way, stone faced. Telling him she will stab him in the chest, watch him bleed on the floor, that sort of stuff (not the exact words, but threatens him with violence if he doesn't play by her rules. Move to her wanting to get JC out, the guy we though she had made up with over his hateful comment of just saying the N-word in a non-offensive way, as an explanation. She's tells him she is going to put him up as a pawn, and JC goes and tells his buddy, and his buddy comes up and try to talk her out of it. And what does she say? Things like, "I like like how you're always around that little guy," "I hate that little bastard," Little this, little that. Like 5 times in a row Then latter in the episode, there is a woman up there and she wants to put her up as a pawn (JC is save for now), and then says if she betrays her latter in the game, she will literately kill her So tell me Big Brother, what about his hateful word shit you were just preaching about? She threatens violence against two house guests, and continues to make fun of JC's height when he clearly told her how it made him feel --- |

Out of the numbered games, I do think 9 is a fantastic game. The only issue I had with it was the slow as fuck ATB, which I don't think is an issue anymore, but it was when I was playing it and it put a sour taste in my mouth. I have it at #3 on my favorite numbered (VII, V, IX) game, and #2 on best (VI, IX) --- |

I gave it my all but tbf to the debate I didnt play the whole game and since have sold it. And that was at the height of FFs popularity and heard almost zero about it. I guess it since gotten a following. I don't think it became really popular until War of the Lions on the PSP (Or was it the Vita?) where the story was a lot easier to understand. It is when I'm used to just having to click a button and it downloads it with Nexus Mod Manager. My issue is having to do everything manualy because I'm horrible with computers. I didn't even own a computer until 1999, and I didn't really start playing games on them until pretty recently. I'm talking like 3-5 years here. And growing up when I did and learning on things like the fucking Apple II computer and then like Windows 95 when I was learning about computers, it's always just been hard for me --- |
