Well there's 10 Chapters in the game. I don't remember what the general length that you have left, to be honest. From Chapter 8 onwards though the cutscene amount ramps up.

Just finished chapter 4.

Actually had to think during the last battle of chapter 4.

There's another boss later on that I was having trouble with because like halfway through the battle it activates a counterattack spike that killed me everytime. Had to figure out how to build up orbs and use the chain attack before that happened.

Understandable, I can agree the train lost a lot of its luster after I realized it was pretty slow and limiting.

It's just for me Spirit Tracks' soundtrack and dungeons were both better than Phantom Hourglass's. Especially the dungeon you have to keep revisiting.

Modes you'll play a handful of times. The Wii U had the option for a bettercontroller, more stages, and obviously a bigger screen.

I actually played Classic Mode and Smash Run quite a bit compared to Wii U's Classic and Smash Tour. But that's just me.

Won against three five-star hunters while I was only a beginner in Metroid Prime Hunters...and I could tell they weren't sandbagging. I still don't know how I did it because I suck at multiplayer FPS's.

2 had a better villain than the stereotypical evil god yes, but overall I thought 1 had a better story. There wasn't really anything about 2's story that really shocked me or had me super invested like 1 did.

After Melee the trophies just became "let's slap a pre-made model onto a stand, pose it, and call it a day" and it wasn't exciting to collect them anymore. Sure, Spirits are literally just taking jpgs of existing character artwork, but at least you're doing something with them.

Yep, apparently the main artist does hentai, which explains a few things.

But what especially bothers me is how the art for the main characters clash with those of the Torna group, done by Tetsuya Nomura. In fact, the clashing artwork for the Blades bother me in general, but at least most of them are optional.

Yeah, I attribute that fact on that they had to hire a whole bunch of outside work due to most of the team being pulled to help with Breath of the Wild, which left them with like...20 people in-house.

I just wish the levels weren't so grindy..

I'm 4 levels or so above the enemies and getting to the next level is an absolute bore. Not to mention the multi part sidequests...and having to actually go back to finish the quest.

Side quests were a chore in 2, yeah. Drastically cut down in numbers but they made them longer and more of a chore to go through. There was a point before where I just didn't want to do them anymore. Torna's side quests are much better at least, which I'm extremely thankful for since they pulled a Xenoblade X in forcing you to do them.

Though despite how stupid it got I still enjoyed it for what it is. Maybe anime cliches don't bother me as much as it does for some other people. I liked the gameplay though.
