When someone lands on property you own they have to roll the dice and if they don't roll nice they get fined for illegal parking and destruction of property.

If you land on someones railroad you get to roll the dice, and if they roll nice you just collected $400 in a class action lawsuit because your trip to reading didn't go as well as advertised.
