Captain Toad lost because Allen took away the 'Captain', so when Aerith cured his 'Toad' status, there was nothing left (Kamekguy)

And yeah, this year had a surge in gifs. The previous editions rarely had them (such as this when Ivy lost to Tifa: https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/board8/images/8/88/LinkIvy.gif ), with at most static images.

I liked to summon some of the Espers, specially the offensive ones; on this part of the game, there is one good for defense (Golem, who raises a stone wall that blocks physical attacks) and a good healer (Seraph\Sraphim, which is bought in Tzen, from a thief). Wonder if you got the two that are in the auction house.

VI. Took me years, but had everything to sink me in: great cast, music, lots of sidequests, challenge, etc.

Also finished I, II and V's GBA versions, plus FFTA (and Mystic Quest...). Started VII, should play it more and yet I get detoured. Started Tactics and haven't ended. And got to the final boss of IV (the original SNES version), lost, and couldn't bother to try again.

And it's a whiner with a particularly mean streak (thinks a KOS-MOS cameo in a game he played determines whether the character is worthless, that just because the game is old and hasn't been re-released it's irrelevant, etc.). Even his claim against piracy doesn't hold up. Look at the vote map - https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/poll/7300-division-8-round-1-ellie-vs-kos-mos - and see how many countries were ones where people could afford pirate Xenosaga DVDs back in the day rather than the much more expensive PS3 and TLOU.

That being said, the board's responses were golden, particularly the detour to talk about porn and Canada.
