There's a lot of... very inappropriate dialog in AJ Case 2. I forgot that it was quite this unsettling.

I'm not sure how you didn't already notice that in DD. The magic panties thing was way more gratuitous there. At least in AJ there's some relevance since it was meant to set her up as kooky and the bloomers themselves play a part as evidence. It's completely meaningless in DD and they milk it several times to boot.
iirc SoJ got rid of that thankfully except for maybe one or two one off jokes.
Though maybe you playing it in reverse has something to do with it lol
