Well, it does technically become your problem when they ALL conspire to get your ass fired, and you're living in a local dumpster.

Though technically, I suppose once you're homeless you no longer have to worry about offending people, so it might be considered a successful life-strategy in the long run if that's all you care about.

They can try but they have nothing of value in their argument. Then you continue to smash their faces in online. Get offensive as possible because they are wrong as all SJW's are. I'm not asking to ban the holidays. The idea is if you allow one tradition then some other religion will bitch about not being included and everyone is whining anyway. It's so much easier to chuck them all under the bus and walk away laughing. Once you get to boss level 'death threats' then pat yourself on the back for pushing them to the edge.

It's faster to type 59 instead of using 3 buttons. I do use 14 seconds for hot dogs though. Maybe I should guess 2.

Sex is useful in itself. It how we reproduce. Sex there isnt used for that purpose, though. Sex is also a great stress reliever and healthy, as well. And lots of people have had sex with someone whos not a virgin. Meaning most people are also used by others. Its a little different there. But some people like it that way. Some people even like sloppy seconds... But I understand its not your thing. But other people like it. So, its not awful for them. I personally think it would be awful to stay a virgin, but it works for you. Different strokes (wink wink) for different folks...

Stress is one problem I don't have. Just once in a while.

No gimmick. Game is trash. Fort gets a pass because it costs nothing. This costs money and they screw you with loot instead of maps and modes. We've been over this before. Act sucks and Blizz is grossly overrated.

The more I read about it the more it sounds like Sony farmed this out to some lazy company who totally dropped the ball. The security key is stored on the device. They pretty much lifted an existing emulator and went with that. They left traces of potential games in the code. And who knows maybe Sony isn't being stupid by realizing the hacking community is going to tear this apart and sales will explode.

If it's as easy as replacing the battery in a Dualshock or something then you got swindled out of $30.

I would bet I did see all for the following: Simpsons, Family Guy, Seinfeld (reruns), Ren and Stimpy, Futurama, and Rick and Morty. You know, the good stuff compared to what's on other lists.

Yeah unfortunately. While adding to the collection I got myself a Neo Geo and a Saturn. Played some of the games at the time but not all, they got set aside while I worked on other systems. As for recent ones I still have some PS3, Wii, Wii U, and 3DS games that I haven't gotten to. Switch barely used. Main reason why is the PS4 and Vita backlogs are the biggest ones and I need the room.

Should probably call it a day on the PS3 and Wii. Those games have sat long enough and since I find games faster than I complete them it's wishful thinking I'll get back to them anytime soon.

I think they're clarifying that the mod will be released as a free megawad, which will have no extras, but the option is there to purchase the boxed version which will come with the soundtrack and the art.

As in, I think they legally can't sell the mod maybe? So they have to release a free version. But they can sell the soundtrack and shit and say "includes a free mod for DOOM"

I have been concerned about my prelit trees. My two biggest ones are prelit. One is 12 years old and one is three years old. The oldest tree still looks good but I always feel I am on borrowed time with when the lights won't turn on again.

12? They have to be LED's. Never heard of standard lights lasting that long, nevermind on a prelit. This one barely lasted a season and they were a nightmare to pull off because it was all twisted into the branches.

XB products will never be valuable. Take it from a collector. You gotta have games that are desirable otherwise your hardware joins the ranks of experiments like Gamecom, CD-i, N Gage, or 32x or something.

I can't wait to decorate. All the lights! Despite selling real trees for 20 years we've used artificial because of the wood stove. Luckily the cats don't bother it.

Tips. Don't get prelit or flocking. The lights don't last and the flocking falls off faster than needles from a real tree.

I haven't kept up with the hacking/emulation scene so I don't know how far they've gotten. Pretty sure it's not to the point that retro consoles are.

And like I said, no they aren't. PT can no longer be found, transferred, DL'ed, hell there was even a rumor of an update that would disable it. So yes it has happened and can again. If we don't give a firm 'no' it's gonna get worse. Putting it off because you can still find a few delisted things won't fix the coming problem.

I think you're looking at the from the wrong angle. Companies have backups so content isn't going to vanish. It's more about preserving our content and accessibility. We don't have the luxury (with modern consoles at least) to backup or transfer files. Retro consoles have been emulated and we have the ability to make new carts/discs.

That sucks. People without a Vita missed out. I have like 65 physical games and a handful of digital. I don't know why Sony would end it like that. They were stupid to stop making games but third parties have been keeping Vita alive. It has a better library than XB for sure.

Again, speculation. Anything CAN happen, I can walk outside and get struck by lightning, have a giant meteor land on my head, be sucked into a giant sink hole under my feet and have a million dogs run up to me and drown me in their piss, but that doesn't mean I am going to fear that happening because the chances of it are so minuscule. Same with a game company just magically deciding that they are going erase any and all copies of a game from existence despite the fact that someone has already bought and downloaded them. Not selling it anymore, that can happen, but all copies aren't magically going to evaporate at someone's will.

And yes, carts and discs do fail. It is not going to be 10-20 years from now, but likely in 100 or so years those games are going to rot. Capacitors die, silicon erodes, disks dry up, all that can happen no matter how well you take care of them. Conversely, if I am taking a digital game and transferring it every 10 years or so to the latest and greatest form of backup media and doing so in triplicate, I don't have to worry about that.

Speculation my ass, games have disappeared already. A short list was provided. Just because PT didn't cost anything doesn't mean the same won't happen for paid content. Companies never have our best interests in mind.

Sure, if you stretch the time frame long enough. I think 100 years is more than sufficient for our purposes and longer than any company will be selling games. Digital is the worst possible choice for content because it's not trivial to simply transfer it like you think.

You didn't read my post. SCEA deactivated and took down the entire PSMobile library for Vita, after selling the games on PSN for several years. Games that I purchased but didn't have room to download, or downloaded games that I didn't "activate" within the time limit, are unplayable.

That is the current horrible example of the ephemeral nature of digital downloads. If Sony/MSXbox/Nintendo decides they aren't profitable, boom... goodbye! With no recourse.

And that is on you because you didn't download them even though they told you months in advance you would need to do that in order to keep them. As with any game (physical or digital) you need to backup your games. Hard drives fail, cartridges fail, disks rot, you need to keep multiple copies of your games. That is why back-ups are legal and will stay legal for as long as media is a thing.

First, slow down a sec. I'm sure it has happened and those are real examples. Even if there is a way to retrieve them (maybe not an easy way), it's the fact it CAN happen that I'm concerned about. I'd rather say no to all digital now before I start losing games and it's too late.

No no, we shouldn't have to prepare anything. It's not like we're getting refunds. Carts and discs don't fail if you care for them. That's why they're the superior choice for buying content, especially when it costs the same as or less than digital.

I don't believe anything M$ does is a smart move. They seem to know it's suicide to go all digital as they're releasing 2 models. So it could be interesting to see the totals.

I know for a fact we won't lose physical for a long time. What 'may' happen is we trade large optical drives for flash cards. They're not as cheap as discs yet but the Vita and Switch prove it can work.

Battle Chef Brigade is not at all a hard game and Celeste really isnt that bad either unless youre outside of the main game. I havent played Dead Cells, The Messenger, or Blossom Tales, but the rest of what you listed are legitimately hard games.

Gungeon can be tough depending on what guns you find each run. I finished it with 2 characters and would probably go back for more. Cells and Hyper are on my backlog.
