It'd be fun if people got upset at both shitty sides, rather than going 'boy look at the other side!' as an excuse.

Everybody wants to flush the current members of Congress (ALL of them) out and put in new folks who aren't part of the corruption, but the chances of that are low with the dumb recurring incumbents winning the vast majority of time.

Of the ways to fix that is to require Non-Consecutive Terms for all Congress Folks in both houses.

Ergo, they can't have terms back to back and require time off in between seats of power.

That's one way to limit/hinder corruption.

Along with many other changes that needs to be done.

When I was in university, I'd often end my school days by going to Costco for dinner. Food was so cheap that it was cheaper than cooking and it was easy. People who worked there thought it was really weird that a college age kid was constantly going there to eat lol. I'd often get stopped at the entrance even after showing my card. When I did look around the store, they often had someone follow me. Those people did not trust me lol.

If you're wondering about the membership, my dad had like one of those VIP memberships and because of that, he was able to add a second account, he just let me have the second account.

My local Costco has the Food Court on the outside open to the public for everybody and anybody to buy from.

There are plenty of boards where stuff is archived. But some would argue, it goes against the spirit of message boards, to make stuff permanent. I remember, someone on 4chan once said that their posts were meant to be like "tears in the rain", and in some ways, that makes sense.

I'd still like a small number of posts and topics, etc, to be archived, though. It's nice because it helps us remember our history, and for some people, discover the history of the board.

I guess I would prefer the opposite.

I want every post to be permanently archived, as a record of what we said on that day, at that moment.

Some other message boards are able to preserve their older posts since the inception of the board.

Why doesn't GameFAQs have the capacity to do that as well?

Text is incredibly small in data size and compression makes storage of text even easier.

The cost of storage is always shrinking, yet we have the current system of constantly deleting old threads / posts.
