Yeah Pokemon SM and USUM are the hardest mainline Pokemon games
They are still super easy though, but you CAN get stuck for a few minutes\hours at certain spots if you trained the wrong Pokemon (Totem Lurantis for example)

Yes you don't get percentages nor achivement for beating Grey Prince Zote 10 times, but you do get a Gold Statue! and I want that. Kind of stupid, I know

I keep saying this, but casualization of Let's Go is not the major problem
Nor is the Pokemon Go mechanics

But rather it's the lack of new content, lack of new things to be excited about, to look forward to
I follow Serebii on Twitter and receive phone notifications whenever he tweets.
Do you know how I treat Let's Go tweets? the exact same way I treat Pokemon Duel tweets - I swipe the notification to the right and ignore it and forget it ever happened
"A new Let's Go trailer" is a waste of time because I know there is nothing to look forward to. What will they show? another area from Kanto but in Let's Go graphics? Celadon Gym and Erika?
Riding on a Rhyhorn? come on
Then they showed Mega Gyarados and Mega Kangaskhan as a trailer..like, wow

GIVE US NEW CONTENT. Everyone knows that players are most looking forward to new Pokemon. Remember the hype for Sun and Moon as how every two weeks they showed a new Pokemon or a new Alola form or something? yeah
Even USUM had more new content to look forward too - Necrozma forms, new Ultra Beasts, Dusk Lycanroc, new Z Moves etc
Since new Pokemon are out of the question (besides that one new Pokemon they said will be in the game which is literally the only thing I am looking forward to and I hope they won't spoil it before the games come out) give us new forms! new Mega! new Alolan Pokemon even though we are not in Alola who cares! Hell, give us the Magikarp patterns from Magikarp Jump! ANYTHING

As it stands now the most exciting thing is Oddish in Viridian Forest, this is literally the biggest change. It's sad

They made a boss rush mode to be as much fun as a boss rush mode can be, so kudos to them.
The ability to fight each boss alone and practice it forever, getting better and trying to beat it on No Hit mode is great and addicting.
Also thanks to Scare I also just learned about Eternal Ordeal (how the fuck was I supposed to find it alone)
first try was 38, so only 20 more? sounds plausible

Problem is with this DLC (and actually, most of Hollow Knight DLCs) is that it's too hard
And yes I am aware some elite players will argue that "hard" is not a problem, but to the majority of the players it is

I started falling behind ever since the Hidden Dreams update, where I had to beat White Defender and Grey Prince Zote 10 times, each time they are getting tougher, it's insane
Then I was unable to beat Nightmare King Grimm, then they made Mantis Lord harder and it's a good thing since he was kind of a joke, but they made him kind of insane too, so..
And Hive Knight is also one of the harder bosses considering how I had tough time with him even when I had full gear (finished the game completely before he was released)
And now..this
Beating every boss without getting hit, beating boss rushes with every binding, Pantheon of Hallownest
It's a completionist nightmare
I want to beat it all but I have to admit I am not good enough
Now people complain about Path of Pain but honestly I think that was the perfect "hard" as it WAS hard, but totally manageable

Holy shit, Pokemon LGPE is getting undecupled by SSBU in this poll. We've seen words like quintupled and sextupled used before in discussing blowouts in contests, but this is the first time I've gotten a chance to use "undecupled" in a post. Yep, there's a word for getting destroyed 11 times over.

I never expected Pokemon LGPE to get destroyed this badly in a poll. It's even losing to Assassin's Creed here.

My hopes for this year were Garnet + improving Cyan's undeservedly terrible stats, but now that we're 25 rounds in I just don't see much future in a Garnet run. Most days, Nanis is in the wrong time zone for the round and Karo + me could only get her so far. I still helped her get through boots so I hope neither one of you think ill of me for jumping ship. And as for Cyan, I feel like we might already be at the point where his stats will improve? They were really bad stats.

Anyway, Year of XIII seems to be the spontaneous thing this year and I'd like to be a part of it!

Yeah no joke the Yakuza series has had literally every genre of gameplay in it at some point, lol.

The core gameplay is a story-driven beat-em-up, but that honestly doesn't do anything to convey what the game is actually like. Each game has an absolute glut of side content including tons of side quests and minigames that run the gamut from karaoke and bowling to competitive snowball fighting and pocket circuit racing. Like if I listed out all of the crazy shit that Yakuza games have you do at some point you'd probably be calling bullshit on a number of ones I'd be completely serious about. XD

Spiderman - would totally care and play it if it wasn't a PS4 exclusive, oh well
Shadow of the Tomb Raider - I absolutely LOVED Tomb Raider. Rise of the Tomb Raider was good too, but not as magical, so I kind of lost my hype for the third game. Will play if a crack comes out/game will be cheap (whatever happens first)
Metal Max Xeno - I read it as Mega Man Xeno and I thought it's Mega Man Xover coming out outside of Japan
Life is Strange 2 - LiS and BtS were great. Not as amazing as B8 makes them out to be and the ending sucked balls, but they were special alright. Will probably play, but looking forward to B8 opinions on it first
The World Ends With You: Final Remix - one of the very few "Must play DS games" I didn't play yet. Will surely play once I actually decide put my Switch to use

Lefty made a decision, it might not be the best decision in the world, but there was a logic behind it - the game was not active for 30 minutes, you will be able to save again 30 minutes later, it's that simple
You may disagree with it and it's fine, but there is a difference between being civil and between "worst host", "figuring out when 90 minutes are up it's too much work","give us a new host" etc
There was just so much complaining for a one time event, it's very unlikely that the site will go down again during SMFFFC, and especially when a round is active
Also it's the fucking 21th round, if your favorite character got out now, it probably wouldn't have gotten far anyway
